Plot

Paul calls round to Leanne's flat and tells her that Carla knows about their liason. Sarah suggests to Jason he should move into No.8 permanently. David secretly tries to scupper their plans by telling Gail. Liz is shocked when Linda arrives at the Rovers in tears. She pours her heart out to Liz about how she reckons Derek is having an affair. Liz feels guilty. Paul tries to rebuild his marriage promising he'll never see another prostitute but Carla's unforgiving, realising he's been lying to her for three years. Paul swears he never had sex with Leanne but Carla's unconvinced. Liz tells Derek they should cool their relationship and that she plans to go away for a few days to see Bev and Shelley. Paul makes an appointment to see "Rachel". Leanne unwittingly agrees to the appointment. Denise accuses Ken of flirting with his two families and not showing any real commitment to either. Paul meets up with Leanne telling her they're going to see Liam and tell him the truth. He lures her to his car and then locks her in the boot.

He vents his fury on the furniture and leaves. He desperately tries to speak to [[Leanne Battersby|Leanne]] and makes a booking with the escort agency to see Rachael (Leanne).
