Plot[]

Tracy is determined to start rowing with Charlie so the neighbours can hear. She starts shouting and throwing plates. Charlie tries to shout her down, but only serves to help her create the illusion of a real row. The Peacocks hear the commotion and go to get Ken and Deirdre. Bev calls the police. Claire, Ken and Deirdre come into No.6. Tracy's manner returns to normal and she tries to play the argument off as a game. They are all as incredulous as Charlie. Audrey meets Bill Webster in the Rovers, while Eileen and Les discuss Michelle with Steve. Steve reckons he's in there with Michelle. Rita and Norris come to join Audrey and Bill. It's clear Audrey would rather they hadn't. Tracy's beginning to win Charlie round when a police car turns up. Although suspicious the police leave. Liz goes to ask Michelle what her intentions are towards Steve. Michelle curtly responds that Steve isn't a great catch with such an interfering mother. Jamie and Sean go round to Danny's flat, but he's not there and there are several messages from Liam on his answer machine. Norris intimates that Chesney is the graffiti artist. Bev, Gail, Ken and Deirdre all come back to Claire's house to discuss the row next door. When the police arrive they tell them their side of the story. The police begin to think there is more to this incident than meets the eye. When the police leave Ken assures them they can do nothing to help Tracy until she asks for help. Unbeknown to Charlie, Tracy is only getting started.
