Plot[]
It's the day of the court case for Ashley and Claire. Ashley is extremely worried. Charlie pretends to apologise to Shelley but the "nice guy" act doesn't last long and he tries to threaten her if she tells Tracy but that doesn't work and Shelley walks off. Nathan's put out when Frankie returns from Spain but hadn't contacted him over the arrangement. Danny tells Janice to move out of the flat as she has outstayed her welcome. Claire tries to persuade Ashley to settle out of court but Ashley is not keen on the idea. Janice finds out her old flat is available again. Leanne tells Danny she has agreed to pay Janice's first month's rent in advance. Danny is not impressed. Shelley discusses with Violet what to do about Charlie. Ashley eventually offers Matt a two-hour visit once a month, Matt agrees. Shelley goes to tell Tracy about Charlie. At first Tracy thinks Shelley is lying, however then realises Charlie is more than capable of this and slaps Shelley. Fred offers Liz the manageress job at the Rovers and she accepts saying it is her dream job. Ashley rings Matt to organise Joshua's first visit. Tracy confronts Charlie about Shelley who denies everything. Ashley tries to explain to Joshua who Matt really is.
