Plot[]
Steve tells Liz that he's going to be a good father to his baby with Karen. Leanne has spiked Candice's drink in the Rovers, and Warren hasn't yet told Candice that Leanne and Jamie are also going to Weatherfield County FC's Christmas party. Karen is becoming increasingly worried about the baby. Steve won't answer his phone, and Karen hangs up in fear when she phones the hospital. Sally is worried that Sophie's invisible friend will embarrass her and Kevin at Oakhill School's Christmas Fayre. Kevin in despair goes to the Rovers with his invisible friend "Eric". Later, Sally hoovers up "Ebony Rae". Chesney has taken one of the Websters' mince pies from the window sill, and tries to teach Schmeichel some new tricks. Cilla forces Les and Chesney to take a bath for the school fayre. Fred loses the competition and it's decided that Tyrone will give the speech at the wedding reception. Fred's mortified when Kirk offers to help Tyrone with the speech. At the hospital, Steve and Karen discover she's had a miscarriage.
