Plot[]
Part One: Emily can't wait to have her photos developed. Jim Mount sets tongues wagging when he asks after Elsie at the Rovers. David offers to write a football column for the local paper. Irma's annoyed that he's given up on his old job without a fight. Dennis borrows Emily's camera when he finds out there are a few photos left on the roll. Jerry talks him into photographing him in his sporting gear. Dennis taunts Jerry about his muscles to get him to strip down and takes photos of him half-naked. Hilda breaks the news about David to Stan. Stan goes to confront Sid Lambert for sacking him. Dennis returns the camera to Emily. She doesn't notice that photos have been taken.
Part Two: Irma's ashamed of David for letting Lambert walk all over him. She's happy to hear that Stan is fighting for his job. Emily allows Annie take her camera roll to be developed when she offers to do her the favour. Jim asks Elsie out at the Rovers. Elsie turns him down when he suggests they go to the wrestling and uses Dennis as an excuse not to bring him to No.11. When he refuses to take no for an answer, Elsie strongly hints to Dennis that he's go to out tomorrow evening. Stan rows with Lambert for kicking David while he's down. Lambert reveals that he was prepared to hire David as an assistant mechanic on £12 week once he's up and about again, and had arranged a meeting with David about it tomorrow but he might not make the offer now after the way Stan spoke to him.
