Plot
Roy does not turn up to open the cafe. Candice tries to convince Sarah to come clean, but she refuses. Natalie meets with Max Dale who tells her the Rovers will need a complete overhaul and a cut in price of £5,000. She accepts, but is not happy about it. Hayley tries to find Roy. She is worried because he was not at home. She finds him on his own by the boating lake at the Red Rec. He is frustrated and upset because he told Peter Hartnell that Hayley had left him. Hayley admits that she has been lost without Roy. They make up and go home together. Liz refuses to sign the petition to save the Rovers.
