Hayley also faces insults from Les and also Linda, who tries to bar her from using the ladies' toilets, and feels guilty about Roy. Des won't tell Les that he's not best man, so Natalie does. When Les starts to cry, Natalie gives in, saying that they do want him after all. Jim's disappointed that Michael Wall's going to call less often.
