Jim tells Mike that Kevin is a rare man; he's honest. Betty enjoys seeing Alec squirm as he's forced to beg her to return. He promises her a new modern kitchen to work in. Betty returns to the Rovers to sell her hotpot. Curly and Angie worry about what will happen to them when Rita goes to Florida. Martin passes his exam with flying colours. Gail is pleased for him but alarmed that he starts training in a month's time. Mavis longs to own The Kabin and be mistress of her own sweet shop. Raquel invites Curly and Angie for a meal as a peace offering. Mike tells Kevin that he's right about the bills - they'll play it straight. Kevin is pleased.
