[[Mavis Wilton|Mavis]] is excited to see a fox in the garden. She tells [[Derek Wilton|Derek]] not to tell anyone about it but he doesn't believe her anyway. [[Raquel Wolstenhulme|Raquel]] reads [[Curly Watts|Curly]] a letter in a women's magazine. It could have been written by [[Kimberley Taylor|Kimberley]]. [[Rita Fairclough|Rita]] realises that [[Jenny Bradley|Jenny]] is avoiding her. Curly confronts Kimberley with the letter. She tells him that she didn't write it. [[Brendan Scott]] is surprised to learn that [[Vera Duckworth|Vera]] has dropped her allegation and is Curly's landlady. He thinks it's all a cover-up but can't prove [[Reg Holdsworth|Reg]]'s guilt and therefore Reg returns to work. Curly shows [[Adrian Gosthorpe]] the letter which says that Adrian is after her as well. He is shocked and tells Curly that he has already slept with Kimberley. Curly threatens to kill him. [[Wanda (Episode 3185)|Wanda]], an assistant, thinks Curly is robbing Adrian and the Police arrive. Curly spends two hours in the [[Weatherfield Police Station|police station]]. Plot

Mavis is excited to see a fox in the garden. She asks Derek not to tell anyone about it but he doesn't believe her anyway. Rita tries to arrange a date with Jenny but she she's too busy with the promos. Brendan Scott tells Curly that Vera has withdrawn her complaint against Reg.
