Plot[]
Gail tells Martin that she could still have the abortion. They spend the day in the house to maintain Gail's alibi of being in Birmingham. Vera isn't pleased that Reg is moving into the street. Wendy tries to snap Ken out of his depression. Gail considers the effect of another child and reminds Martin that Nicky and Sarah Louise have to be considered too. Martin says that he'll run the cafe whilst she has the baby and look after the kids afterwards. Gail thinks he'll eat his words when the time comes. Curly approaches Ken about the repair bill again. He's shocked when Ken hands him his wallet and tells him to take what he wants. Curly takes pity on Ken and puts the wallet through the letterbox. Kevin lets him pay for the repairs in instalments. Ken tells Wendy he made the biggest mistake of his life leaving Deirdre and Tracy and was wrong to let her think they had a future together. Reg moves into the corner shop flat. He and Alf get on and Alf shows him his bacon slicer. Wendy desperately tries to stop Ken leaving her. Martin tries to convince Gail that everything will be alright. Ken leaves Wendy.
