Plot[]
Steph plans to get Kevin drunk at the party to win a bet with Des. Kevin cries off from the party, telling Sally he doesn't fancy it. The Wiltons prepare No.4. Sally tells Steph that Kevin can't go to the party as he's up early for work. Tina is back from Cyprus, ready to put Eddie behind her. Alec offers Percy an insincere apology and loses his patience when Percy doesn't accept it. Ken goes to the job centre but walks off after glancing at the adverts on the window. On Alec's orders, Jack takes Percy out in the wheelchair. He takes the opportunity to skive off, with Percy his unwilling companion. Percy is left outside a betting shop whilst Jack enjoys himself inside. Percy approaches Ken about the Gazette writing an article about the lack of wheelchair access in the local area but Ken doesn't commit himself. Martin tells Sally that Steph fancies Kevin and he's scared of her - fortunately she doesn't believe him. Jack blames Percy for dragging him so far afield but Percy puts Alec straight. Ken tells Wendy he feels stigmatised for being out of work. Steph cancels the party because the Websters won't be there but everyone persuades Kevin to change his mind. Steph hopes to shave off Kevin's moustache to win the bet.
