Plot[]
Deirdre begs Ken to give Susan and Mike a chance to blow over. Jenny refuses to stay in the children's home and walks out. Bet gives Jack his cellar job back when she finds that she can't rely on Terry and Curly for help. Don Worthington rows with Jenny and gets her to agree to return to the home temporarily. He hopes that Rita will foster her. Deirdre calls on Mike in secret. She asks him if he's seeing Susan just to hurt Ken. She begs him to drop Susan, for her sake. He tells her that he can't; he loves her.
