Plot
The copper is stolen from the Yard, valuing £200 and Fury is missing. Furious at the rates increase, Ernie and Harry Goulden form WARP - Weatherfield's Association of Ratepayers. Rita arrives at the Gatsby Club whilst Blanche tries to finish her outfit at home. Deirdre gets the outfit to Rita on time and agrees to stand in behind the bar for the night. Ray accuses Eddie of being in on the break-in. Blanche returns the wedding presents. The regulars tell Stan and Eddie they'll be responsible if Fury bites anybody. Stan and Eddie search for him. Deirdre and Rita are picked up by a couple of oil riggers, Maurice Gordon and Stuart Bellshaw. Maurice takes a fancy to Deirdre. Blanche is furious when a drunken Deirdre returns home at 3.00am, having previously gone back to Maurice's hotel.
