Plot[]

Part One: Sean asks Glenda if she can lend him £500. She wonders if he’s in some sort of trouble. Carl ignores an urgent call. Debbie asks him, Kevin and Abi to help her taste her expensive wedding menu suggestions. Abi tries to get out of going as Carl will be there. Sean rings Brody to say he needs more time but is told he has until the end of the day. Dee-Dee attends a meeting with a rep from the Patient Advice and Liaison Service who assures her they’re investigating her complaint and Zoe Harker, the midwife, was to blame. Izzy also refuses Sean's request. Debbie tells Carl she's ignoring her dementia until she gets the MRI results. Chesney has to turn down a job at a festival in London over Easter when Gemma objects. Despite reservations, Sarah agrees to let Todd use her flat again to meet Theo. Outside the hospital, Dee-Dee finds Asha and Zoe in deep discussion over the inquiry. Zoe tells Dee-Dee that she’s sorry for what she went through but none of it was her fault. Asha feels torn. George and Eileen discover that Julie’s collection jar at the factory is almost empty.

Part Two: Not feeling up to it, Dee-Dee turns down Ronnie's invitation to join the wedding tasting. Todd tells Theo how he came out. He and Theo kiss. A suspicious George tells Eileen that Sean asked Glenda for money. Kevin has to go home from the tasting as he isn’t feeling well. Lou annoys Audrey by demanding an instant hair appointment and making disparaging remarks about Rita. She instantly changes her manner when she spots a notice advertising a staff position. Carl confides in Abi that the main investor in his German business has just cancelled the deal and he's going bankrupt. Abi assures him that Kevin will understand if he needs to fly back. Sarah returns to the flat where Todd is in her dressing gown. When Theo’s phone buzzes with a text from Danielle to say she's on her way, Todd thrusts the phone at her and begs her to find Theo in Speed Daal. Sean heads off with the collection money to meet Brody's contact.

Part Three: Having handed over the phone, Sarah and Theo are interrupted as Danielle walks up on them. Sarah goes along with Theo's lie that she is Todd's girlfriend. Sean can't bring himself to hand over the money and gives it back to Eileen and George, telling them what's happened. Asha calls at Dee-Dee’s flat and begs her to think twice about her complaint as it could ruin Zoe’s career. Before getting Asha to leave, Dee-Dee stands her ground and points out that she was a victim of racism. Gemma's grateful when Lou offers to help out with the children so that Chesney can take the job. Sean refuses George and Eileen's pleas that they report Brody. Kevin is disappointed when Carl tells him he's returning to Essen. A foiled Brody attacks Dylan in his room. A guard interrupts them and tells Brody that the director wants to see him.

Part Four: Brody tells the other lads that Dylan is a grass. He is appalled. Asha is unhappy that her friendship with Dee-Dee seems to be over. Sean admits to George and Eileen about the burner phone being smuggled in. They announce the money has been found to stop any gossip. Dee-Dee bumps into Wes Fuller from the hospital and tells him all about the investigation over Zoe. He warns her that the case will drain her and gives her his number if she wants to talk. Applying for the job, Lou makes out she’s an accomplished stylist and with Gemma’s backing, persuades a reluctant Audrey to give her a trial. Sarah asks Todd to be careful not to hurt Danielle if he pursues Theo. Abi is disappointed when Carl announces that he's arranged matters so he can stay longer. Sean visits Dylan who tells him that he's denied everything to protect himself. He declares that his father's a waste of space.
