Plot[]
Part One: Ken recovers in hospital. The Barlows regret trusting Cassie while Tracy feels vindicated. Kevin waits to find out if the cancer has spread. Sean asks Daniel to keep an eye on Dylan at work. Daisy assures Jenny that she won't lord it over her when the Rovers changes hands but Jenny's still miffed at not being landlady anymore. Tracy's furious to learn that Cassie has been released without charge. David makes out to Shona that he's doing some home-visit barbering to make some extra cash as a cover for his work with Andy Garland. Daniel checks in on Dylan, casually so as not to reveal that they know each other. One of the lads, Brody, works it out anyway. He advises Dylan to keep it on the down low. Cassie reveals all to Tyrone and Fiz. They refuse to let her stay at No.9, calling her a bad example to the girls. Kevin has the news broken to him that the cancer is still present and has spread to his lymph nodes.
Part Two: Abi offers to cancel her counselling session for the day but Kevin won't hear of it. Andy pays David for the latest job as David confirms that he needs as much work as possible. After David leaves, Andy gives the nod to Reggie and two other lads lurking nearby. Daisy informs Carla that they'll soon be able to pay her off in full. Kevin gets sick of sitting around at home and heads into work. Cassie's parcels are still arriving at No.1. The Barlows are shocked when Cassie appears at Ken's bedside. Ken agrees to hear her out. Tim checks up on Kevin at the garage. He accidentally riles his friend up by extending platitudes and comparing the cancer to his impotence. Letting his anger out, Kevin smashes a mug on the ground.
Part Three: Kevin rails at Tim, likening him to a child who Sally looks after. He realises he's gone too far when Debbie and Jack walk up. Jack is upset to learn that he'll need chemo. Cassie tells Ken that she's sorry for everything she's done and will pay him back every penny of what she stole. He's unforgiving. Cassie and Tracy goad each other, with Cassie accusing Tracy of being disappointed that Ken didn't die as she'll have to wait for her inheritance. Debbie advises Kevin to find a way to control his emotions. Brody sends some lads packing when they goad Dylan. He tells Dylan to stick with him until he finds his feet but Dylan's unsure if he's genuine. Shona can't get hold of David. Kevin sees Abi laughing and joking with Ronnie in the cafe. Cassie turns to Steve but he too rejects her, accusing Cassie of using him to get to Ken. He tells her to leave and not come back. David is jumped by the lads in Victoria Street.
Part Four: Kevin's suspicious when Abi mentions being in the cafe but says she was talking to Roy. Daniel tells Bertie that he's going to have a little brother or sister. Bertie's thrilled. Tyrone blanks Cassie as she waits at the bus stop with her cases but Hope gives her gran a hearing. David staggers home cut, bruised, and minus the proceeds of the robbery. Shona's shocked to see the state of him. He's forced to admit the true nature of the work he's been doing. Tyrone assures Fiz that he's behind her decision to throw Cassie out. Hope sticks up for Cassie, telling her parents that everyone makes mistakes. Shona is furious with David and thinks he's going to get himself banged up. She makes him see that Andy must have set the lads onto him as only he knew about the money.
