Plot[]

Part One: Daniel is on cloud nine as he finally has the family he's always wanted. Jenny's relieved that Daisy didn't put him right and tells her that no good would come of it. Lauren advises Dylan to watch out for snakes in the grass when he goes to prison. Tracy is repulsed by Steve and Cassie's budding romance. Sean tells Dylan to just tell the truth they prepare for court. Julie makes plans with Eileen after staying another night at the Chariot Square. She makes it clear to Todd and George that her sister isn't to know about her cancer. Ken sends Cassie out on an errand, claiming that his card was declined. He checks his bank account on his laptop once the coast is clear. Dylan makes an emotional plea to the judge, saying that he only took the blade to scare Mason's brothers. He's horrified when his speech results in the trial being adjourned while the crown considers increasing the charge to threatening with a bladed article.

Part Two: Brian is amazed to see Julie with Eileen at the Rovers. Julie makes out she's in Weatherfield selling pet supplements. She's embarrassed when her card is refused and Brian has to pay for drinks. Adam warns Dylan that the new charge could put him away for two years. Daniel accepts Daisy's suggestion that they alone should be the legal owners of the Rovers. Ken gets Cassie to make tea for them both and switches the mugs around when her back is turned. Clocking her worried reaction, he forces her to confess that she's been drugging him for months. He reveals that he's been suspicious ever since Bertie saw her putting brandy in his tea, and his continual tiredness and all the parcels arriving convinced him that there was foul play. He feels hurt and betrayed after how much he's defended her. A remorseful Cassie explains that she's used to looking out for herself and saw an opportunity. Daisy goes for her 12-week scan with Daniel by her side. Seeing the proud father, she's overcome with guilt and rushes out. Ken threatens to call the police unless Cassie leaves No.1 for good. Left alone, Ken has a heart attack.

Part Three: Cassie arrives at the bistro for a date with Steve. Tracy finds Ken's lifeless body at No.1 and calls an ambulance. The CPS chooses to stick with the original charge of possession but as it's Dylan's second knife offence, he's given six months at the STC. Amy fetches Steve and Cassie from the bistro. Cassie doesn't tell the Barlows about her argument with Ken. Daniel assumes that Daisy is just feeling overwhelmed by the pregnancy. Kevin feels useless when Ronnie fixes a cupboard door for Abi. Abi insists he needs to rest. Julie admits to Todd and George that she'd been cleaned out by private therapies and hotel fees so will be going home to Wales today. Sean says an emotional goodbye to Dylan, telling him not to forget that he's a good person. The paramedics get Ken's heart going and rush him to hospital. He has an operation to put a stent in but the Barlows are told that it could go either way because of his age.

Part Four: Dylan settles into the STC. He realises it's not going to be easy when he meets the other, raucous, lads. Todd and George get Eileen to offer Julie a room at No.11. She accepts. Ken regains consciousness after his operation and calls out Cassie's name. Back at No.1, Cassie packs her bags. Daisy breaks the news to Jenny that she's going to have to come off the Rovers deeds. Jenny's furious and refuses to give her consent. Cassie intends to leave in Tyrone's car but is held up when Hope comes to her with boy problems. Abi refuses to get fruity with Kevin until he's better. Cassie's loading the car when Tracy goes for her, having heard everything from Ken. The police break up the fight and arrest Cassie for drugging with intent to harm.
