Plot[]

Part One: Daisy presses ahead with her plans to leave Weatherfield, announcing to Jenny that she can start working as an au pair in Paris tomorrow. Jenny accuses her of running away from her problems. Todd bumps into Julie again at the Chariot Square after spending the night with a man. She goes off without her handbag in her haste to get her taxi. Ryan and Betsy greet Carla as she arrives home from hospital. She's pleased to hear that Bobby has moved out. Adam exults to Daniel that Bethany has the front page spread in the latest Ascend Trend. Daniel says that Daisy and the baby are his future now but Adam advises his uncle to hold off on the celebrations until Daisy confirms he's the father. Julie arranges to come round to No.11 and pick up her bag. Betsy sees Dylan down in the dumps about his court case and tries to cheer him up. Steve asks Cassie out for lunch at Delphines. She agrees, expecting to be back in time to take delivery of a new iPad she's bought with Ken's debit card. Daniel tells Daisy that Jenny let slip he's the father. He says that he loves her and always will. Daisy reciprocates and they kiss.

Part Two: Cassie gets Fiz to pick up some antihistamines for her 'hayfever'. Daisy remonstrates with Jenny for talking to Daniel. She tells her stepmother that she jumped to the wrong conclusion; Kit is the real father, and now she's going to have to break Daniel's heart. Julie waits until Eileen and George have gone out before letting herself into No.11. Betsy assures Dylan that she'll visit him in prison and leans in for a kiss. Dylan responds briefly before pulling back. Ken decides to go book shopping while Cassie is out with Steve. Having borrowed his debit card, Cassie spikes his tea again in order to get him too tired to go out. Todd catches Julie as she's retrieving her bag. Realising that she intends to leave without seeing Eileen, Todd withholds the bag until she explains her odd behaviour. A tussle ensues and a medicine bag falls out, along with leaflets about cancer. Daniel tells Jenny that he's going to use the money from selling Denise's house to buy the Rovers so that she and Daisy don't have to worry about Carla any more.

Part Three: Eileen arrives home and is ecstatic to see her sister. Todd and George keep quiet for Julie's sake. Betsy realises that Dylan only wants a friend right now and is okay with it. Sean catches them hugging and accuses Dylan of being more interested in girls than staying out of prison. Adam announces in the Rovers that Daisy's baby is Daniel's. Bobby drops his keys off at Carla's and tries to explain why he betrayed her. Carla tells him he can keep his job at the factory, but apart from that they're done. Kit walks into the Rovers as the regulars are toasting Daisy and Daniel. He realises what's going on but acts relieved. Sean tells Dylan that he needs to show the court how sorry he is to have a chance of avoiding prison. Eileen persuades Julie to stay for a few drinks. Daisy thinks Daniel is about to propose and tells Jenny she's going to put him out of his misery today. Jenny begs her to change her mind, revealing Daniel's plan to buy the Rovers.

Part Four: Daisy refuses to let Daniel use Bertie's money to bail them out. Jenny tells her it's win-win; their financial problems will be over, and Daniel will make a better father than Kit. Cassie returns from her date to find Amy using the iPad; Ken seems to have assumed he purchased it for his granddaughter and forgot about it. Todd tells Julie that Brian is back on the market. He arranges to run his aunt to the station in order to get the truth out of her. Steve has a go at Mick for dumping his rubbish in the ginnel but it's him in the firing line when Kit comes out to complain about the noise. Gemma's annoyed when he threatens Steve in front of Bryn. Ryan thinks Carla is being too hard on Bobby. Carla admits that she pushed Rob and is worried that he'll come for revenge. Kit admits to Gemma that he was coming round to the idea of being a dad. Julie confesses to Todd that she has stage four sarcoma and has until summer if she's lucky. She says she was in Weatherfield to see a palliative care specialist who might buy her a few extra months, and avoided Eileen as she wanted her to remember her as she was. He's devastated for her. Daisy returns to Daniel, intending to tell him the truth. As he tells her how much he wants to give them a fresh start with no debts, she can't bring herself to do it.
