Plot[]

Part One: David calls Andy to arrange a time for their plan. He tries to assure an unwitting Max and Shona that he'll find the money they need. Tracy tells Steve that she can’t get hold of Amy. He assures her that she spent the night at a party. Leanne cold-shoulders Toyah again, and tells Steve she's overcome her hangover by having a sly shot first thing. He refuses to join her for more drinks. Abi is still angry about being reported to social services. Steve finds Amy's missed calls and messages on his phone. When confronted Debbie angrily denies reporting Abi and rings Kevin to have a word with his wife. Sam suggests Abi brings Alfie to Sarah’s party after his recent ordeal in the car. She is furious to realise from his words that it was Toyah who reported her. Todd reminds David that it’s Sarah’s birthday party later on, unaware that Logan is listening in. David sees him and gives chase but he runs off.

Part Two: Aadi sees a shattered Amy arriving home. She walks in on her parents ringing round trying to find her. She tells them she walked home from Wilmslow. A guilty Steve lies to Tracy that he had an early night as he felt poorly. Sarah helps Nick set up the bistro for her party, worried that word will get out to Harvey about their whereabouts and make them an easy target. Hope is disappointed that the entertainer has cancelled as she wanted to livestream him on her socials and she and her friends leave the event. Going ahead with his plan, David lies to Sarah that he’s at a client’s house and will be late attending. Steve finds Leanne buying vodka in the corner shop but refuses to join her. Toyah finds Harry in the bistro office watching Hope’s livestream of a seance from No.8 with Ruby, Lily and Sam. Knowing they could be in danger there, she rushes over, interrupted by a drunk Leanne who throws her vodka bottle at her, witnessed by Tracy. Toyah bursts into No.8 and orders the kids out. Abi finds Jack also watching the livestream and finds out that Toyah is across the road. The Platts wonder where David has got to. Abi lets herself into No.8 and rounds on Toyah who accidentally knocks over a bottle of red wine. Abi is reminded of Seb and Mason covered in blood and suffers a hallucination. David hands over a bag of tools to Andy. Toyah reaches out to Abi but in her confused state, Abi pushes her to the ground where she lies bleeding and unconscious.

Part Three: Abi leaves the house and Toyah within it, avoiding the neighbours. Aadi visits Amy who refuses to elaborate on what happened at the party when he questions how she lost her car keys. Steve and Tracy come in and see how wound up she is. They ask what's happened. Sarah and Todd remember Billy as they wait for David to arrive at the party. Shona and Sarah argue over David's actions and the way he has put them all in danger. Abi cleans blood off her hand and runs out of the back of No.13 when she hears Kevin and Debbie coming in. Kevin panics when he sees the blood. Amy tells Aadi and her parents everything about Aaron and how angry she is that her abuser's life has become seemingly so perfect. Aadi tells her she has to be kind to herself. The Platts wonder where David has got to. Abi finds Leanne drunk on a bench in Victoria Gardens and asks her for money, but she can't get any sense out of her. Kevin and Debbie search for her. Someone pushes a rag through the letterbox of No.8 followed by a lit match. Toyah is still within.

Part Four: In No.4, Sally can smell burning. Kevin rings round but can't locate Abi. Debbie tells him that he should tell his wife to get a grip. In the bistro, Nick wonders where Toyah has got to. Sally bursts in and yells that No.8 is on fire. Jack tells them that Lily was in there earlier on Hope's livestream. As they all rush out, Max can't raise his sister on the phone. In a panic, Shona, Max and Nick head in through the back door to find Lily. Nick finds Toyah unconscious on the floor as Shona and Max head upstairs. Nick carries Toyah out but she has inhaled lots of smoke. Leanne is shocked to see her sister's condition as David runs up. No.8 is now a mass of flames. Shona makes it out, but the structure collapses within with Max still inside. Logan walks past just before a massive fireball explodes within the house.
