Plot[]
Part One: A hungover Billy realises he's lost his phone. He's devastated thinking he's lost all his photos of Paul. Ken's upset to see Amy working every hour at the bistro and Preston's Petals to recoup her losses when she should be focusing on her studies. Asha works a shift in the ambulance. Nick sleeps on the sofa at No.8. Ruby opens presents on her twelfth birthday. Billy retraces his steps from his night out with David. Leanne's amazed when Nick comes into work as normal. She makes him see that they can't work together and he agrees to step back for a while. Nick promises to take the Institute down but she's uncaring. Summer finds Paul unresponsive in his chair, struggling to breathe. Bernie affixes his breathing apparatus but it doesn't make a difference. Summer calls an ambulance.
Part Two: Alina gets in touch with Tyrone to tell him that the traffickers have been sent down and she's coming back for Dorin tomorrow. He's upset at the thought of saying goodbye to his son. Carla threatens to sack Betsy if she lies to her again. Ken confides in Cassie that he's had a win on the Premium Bonds and is considering gifting it to Amy if she can't get her savings back. David finds Billy's phone in the Chariot Square car park but it's been smashed to pieces. Bernie feels her son slipping away as she and Summer await the ambulance. Nick hands Lisa a dossier containing all he knows about the Institute's shady dealings. Carla hands herself over to the police for knocking Travis Robby off his bike. Leanne tells Amy about the files she stole from Rowan's computer. Amy urges her to look at them. With the ambulance five minutes away, Paul starts coughing up blood. Kit goes looking for Billy who's buying a new phone from Freshco, oblivious to what's going on back home. Paul asks for his husband.
Part Three: Leanne looks over the files and reports to Amy that the resource centre doesn't seem to exist; her money went into a high-yield investment bond. Having found proof that the Institute are scammers, she sets off to tell the police but is stopped by Rowan's appearance. The paramedics, including Asha, load Paul into the ambulance. Gemma goes with her brother, with Bernie, Summer and Chesney following. Rowan plays the victim, telling Leanne that he was tricked by the Institute too. Ken calls Amy round to tell her he's giving her the £50 but when she reveals that she might be getting her inheritance back, Cassie jumps in and says he was thinking of going on holiday and wanted her advice. Kit finds Billy at Freshco and tells him how bad Paul is. Lisa informally questions Carla about the hit-and-run. She tells her she may be charged with ABH. Carla understands and apologises for getting Betsy involved. Billy can't get a lift from Freshco as a broken down van has brought the traffic to a standstill. Desperate to get to Paul, he starts running.
Part Four: Rowan agrees to help Leanne bring the Institute down. He offers to use his access to their accounts to return Amy's money if she deletes every copy of the files she took from his computer. She agrees. Betsy accuses Lisa and Carla of planning a date with Lisa cancels lunch with her. Lisa's embarrassed by the insinuation while Carla's amused. Tyrone decides to try and persuade Alina to stay in Weatherfield. Ken likes Cassie's holiday idea but is worried about going alone in case he has another fall. Cassie offers to chaperone him, for a price. The Doctor tells the Winter-Browns that Paul's heart is starting to fail and he won't last the day. Leanne gives Rowan her laptop and a USB stick containing the copied files. As he gloats about what a gullible fool she is, Leanne triumphantly tells him that he's the fool, as she's already e-mailed the files to the police. Nick, Toyah and Amy arrive as a defeated Rowan stalks off in anger. An emotionally wrecked Summer, Gemma and Bernie say goodbye to Paul. Summer tells him he'll be with her every day. Gemma laments that she'll feel like an odd sock without her twin. Bernie thanks him for being the most wonderful son. Fearing he won't make it in time, Summer calls Billy. Paul dies while he's on the line but Bernie stops them from telling him, letting him believe Paul is still listening. Billy tells his husband that he loves him and will miss him every day for the rest of his life. He's devastated when he makes to the hospital and learns that Paul has passed away.

- Specially composed incidental music is played over the final minutes of the episode when Paul Foreman passes away and Billy Mayhew rushes to the hospital.
- The lead paramedic in 11360 is uncredited, despite having a line of dialogue.
- The Freshco and Weatherfield General car park scenes were recorded in the grounds of MediaCity studios. The road where Billy Mayhew stops to make his phone call to Paul Foreman was shot immediately outside the studios on Trafford Wharf Road.
- TV Times synopsis: Billy panics when he loses his phone containing all his past photos and memories, and Summer and Bernie are horrified when they discover Paul struggling to breathe on the sofa. (Paul was in his wheelchair when he was discovered)
