Plot[]
Part One: Kevin reads in the Gazette that the fire spread from Stefan's car. Abi's furious when he accuses her of starting it, like she torched Ray Crosby's car. Lisa tells the Websters that Stefan was in his office at the time and is now in hospital with minor injuries. Kevin and Abi are arrested. Beth slips Betsy her wages for the first t-shirt consignment. Betsy's annoyed when Beth insists they wait a while before making up another batch. Lauren's sick of being cooped up in the flat. Maria finds out about Beth's surprise for Kirk when Brian drops off a wedding magazine in the cafe. The Websters are interviewed separately. Abi says she drove around to clear her head last night and didn't go near Stefan. Lisa produces photos of Abi from the office's doorbell camera feed half an hour before the fire and asks for an explanation.
Part Two: Abi admits she was there but insists she left without incident. She and Kevin are released without charge. Beth's dismayed by how much wedding venues cost. She gets onto Donny about making more t-shirts. Kevin fully believes that Abi was the arsonist but says he'll remain silent for Alfie's sake. Tyrone mentions to Abi that he was at the pictures with Hope and Ruby last night. Debbie breaks the news to Fiz that the leader of the human trafficking group in Romania is being extradited to the UK to stand trial. Fiz wonders if Alina Pop is returning to give evidence. Dee-Dee takes delivery of a parcel addressed to "E. Smith". Joel sees Lauren entering the police station and goes after her. Abi gets Jack to say he was playing games with Hope last night before revealing that she knows he's lying. He buckles under the pressure and admits to starting the fire.
Part Three: Kevin walks in as Jack is confessing. The lad says he did it in the heat of the moment in order to get back at Stefan. Joel's relieved to learn that Lauren is just picking up her things. Beth takes a t-shirt order from Donny's mate Sid, but she and Betsy will need a third machinist as he wants them tomorrow. Kevin realises he's set a bad example to Jack by going after Stefan. Abi thinks they should ride it out as Jack isn't a suspect but Kevin thinks it's too risky. Paul decides to donate his healthy organs when he dies. The discussion makes Bernie clam up. Beth and Betsy recruit Izzy to make up the t-shirts. Fiz tries to tell Tyrone about Alina but chickens out, afraid of dredging up the past. Joel tells Dee-Dee that the parcel is for a client of his whose abusive partner monitors her mail. She accepts the explanation. Kevin tells Debbie he's going to hand himself into the police for the arson attack.
Part Four: Debbie warns Abi about Kevin's plans and they rush off to stop him. Joel tells Lauren he's got hold of the money for her flat in Ireland. Abi and Debbie intercept Kevin at the police station in time but he ignores their entreaties and goes in to make a statement. Craig shows Beth a dirt cheap venue in Wigan. She tells him she's found a way to afford something better. Fiz confides in Maria that Hope's upset they're not going on holiday this year. Kevin tells Lisa that he set fire to Stefan's car. Beth, Betsy and Izzy get to work on the t-shirts. Joel opens the parcel of tanstolin tablets, with which he can induce Lauren's labour. Kevin's surprised when he's released without charge. He's stunned to see Jack being led in, having confessed to the police.
