Plot[]
Part One: Having decorated No.7 for the twins' birthday, Dev rings Bernie for a chat. Asha and Nina enjoy Dev's special birthday breakfast. Carla continues to find Bobby's selfish ways annoying. Ed tells Sarah that Damon’s a changed man and he's trying to turn his life around. Aadi calls at No.7 and says he thinks he's not feeling well. He and Nina both agree to never mention their kiss again. Cassie offers to take Evelyn out for dinner, saying she has some spare cash as she's had a pay rise. Craig reports to Evelyn that she's no longer under suspicion. Cassie hides her unease as he informs them that they're still looking for Terry's attacker and that same person stole a large amount of cash. Sarah approaches Damon and suggests they meet for a drink later. Whilst Dev serves their birthday lunch, Asha unwraps her present from Aadi and is shocked to find a beautiful bracelet. Noting a guilty look, Asha demands her brother explain himself and he and Nina are forced to admit they shared a kiss.
Part Two: Dev is appalled with Aadi and takes him out of the house to enable Nina and Asha to talk. Asha is too angry to listen to her girlfriend's excuses and stalks out. Social worker Caitlin Edwards calls at No.5 and assures a frustrated Gemma and Chesney that things are moving in the right direction, but reports of this nature take time. Returning home, Dev comforts a crying Nina. Aadi plans to cancel his party and drown his sorrows. Hope catches Cassie with a bag full of cash who offers her a slice of the money if she keeps her mouth shut. Carla is deeply unimpressed when she finds out that Bobby's been causing mayhem by distracting the machinists from their work. Asha lets herself into Aadi's flat to find him dozing on the sofa. She hurls the bracelet at him and says that she never wants to see him again. Damon is horrified to discover that his car has been crushed. Amy finds out about the kiss. Asha asserts that her brother is dead to her, unaware that within his flat he is lying unconscious on his sofa with the carbon monoxide detector bleeping away.
Part Three: Amy calls to see Aadi and Gav lets her onto the flat landing. Carla has to bite her tongue with Bobby when she finds out he's blagged an important deal. Gav helps Amy break in, and they discover Aadi unconscious. Gemma's depressed mood isn't improved when Chesney breaks the news to her that Linda's arriving tomorrow. Evelyn and Bobby find common ground when he tells her that he used to volunteer at a dog rescue centre. Hope boasts to Ruby that Cassie gave her money. Damon has an idea who crushed his car. Paul comforts Gemma over the lack of access to her kids. Tyrone tells Evelyn that Cassie hasn't had a pay rise, but before she can react Dev rings her as he arrives at the hospital, asking her to look after the corner shop. The doctor tells Dev, Asha and Amy what's wrong with Aadi. A guilt-ridden Asha can't bring herself to go in and see her brother.
Part Four: Asha can't bring herself to answer Nina's call. Dev persuades her to see Aadi. Roy tells his niece that Asha will come round. She finds out about Aadi from Mary and rushes off to the hospital. Damon calls on Sarah and tells her that he has to leave Weatherfield for good. Aadi tells Asha that he and Nina were feeling insecure, and their kiss meant nothing. He urges her to make up with Nina. Cassie is annoyed when Evelyn tells her that Terry isn't going to be charged. Evelyn suddenly realises where Cassie got her money from. Damon suspects Harvey of being behind the car-crushing. Sarah is adamant that there must be something they can do and won't let him leave. Evelyn and Cassie row over her allowing her mother to be arrested and questioned. Asha tells Nina that she's realised that things haven't been good between them for months and she's now realised that it's over for them.
