Plot[]
Part One: With her dad having failed to show up to see her once more, Stu suggests a complaining Eliza gets a move on so they can visit her mum. Tyrone and Cassie take the girls to the bus stop, passing Dylan and his friend Mason Radcliffe who are busy teasing Liam. Max starts work in the salon. Lauren refuses Roy's suggestion to contact social services once her nights at the B&B are up. Dev is delighted to be told by Darren that the Freshco units are theirs. Darren suggests they book a meal to celebrate and Dev asks Amy along to partner Aadi, but she quickly refuses. With Dom having made no contact, Eliza whines as Stu takes her out for breakfast. Joel turns up at the solicitors to invite Dee-Dee out for a drink, claiming that he needs to pick her brain about US law. Adam is amused as he watches on. Stu loses his temper and points out to Eliza that if her dad cared about her at all, he wouldn’t continually let her down. Upset, Eliza dashes across the road where she’s knocked down by a passing car.
Part Two: As the driver speeds away, Eliza clutches her arm in pain as her panicking granddad helps her up. Evelyn complains to Roy about the cold in her flat. She thinks he is being taken in by Lauren. Fiz rings her for a chat. Aadi reluctantly agrees to join the meal. Amy again refuses to go along. Dev tells her that Darren invests money in charities and he might be interested in donating to her counselling services. Eliza's arm needs to be put in a cast. She asks Stu to call her dad to see her. Roy asks Nina's opinion of Lauren being asked to move in with them, but she has reservations. Evelyn tells Tyrone that he needs to call Fiz and tell her about Cassie’s relapse because if he doesn’t, she will. With the present of a large teddy bear, Dom arrives at the hospital and finds out that the accident happened when they were arguing about him. Stu is hurt when Eliza wants Dom to be with her when her cast is fitted. Tyrone and Evelyn argue in the garage about Cassie and Fiz being told everything. Roy suggests they decamp to the cafe to discuss the matter further. Alya arrives at the hospital and tells Stu that he is not at fault for what's happened. She tells him to carry on being Eliza's rock and not give in. Joel’s disappointed as he realises Dee-Dee doesn’t see their meeting as a date. Eliza tells Stu she wants to live with Dom.
Part Three: Dom claims that he knew nothing of this and leaves Stu, Alya and Eliza to discuss the matter. Eliza claims her mind is made up and Alya has to calm her and Stu down. Roy, Evelyn, Tyrone and Cassie settle down for a council of war but end up bickering. Alya tells Eliza how ungrateful she is towards an elderly man who is working so hard for her. Evelyn repeats her complains about the flat and Roy suggests she moves in with him, letting Lauren have the precinct flat. She confirms she can afford the rent as she's just got a second job at a call centre. Nina agrees to move in with Asha. Tyrone agrees to be upfront with Fiz. Dee-Dee returns from her drink and Adam laughs at her inability to see that she's just been on a date. Courtney isn't looking forward to the meal. Dom admits to Stu that he doesn't want Eliza with him permanently and thinks he ought to take a bit of a step back. In return, he asks Stu for £10,000.
Part Four: Stu is appalled that Dom is effectively selling his daughter and refuses. He also tells Eliza he won't allow her to move in with her dad until the court allows it. Fiz gives her blessing to Cassie staying at No.9. Aadi is taken aback when an amused Amy tells him that she's his date for the meal. Having heard of Dom's demand, Alya warns Stu to be careful, saying he could win a custody case with £10,000 in his pocket. Neither Lauren nor Sabrina is pleased to discover they're going to be next-door neighbours. Adam advises Dee-Dee to make contact with Joel again. Evelyn moves her things into the cafe flat. At night, with everyone else upstairs, Eliza leaves No.6 with her bag packed.
