Plot[]
Part One: Abi makes breakfast for Cassie who is undergoing bad withdrawal symptoms. Abi suggests to her that she should join her at the support group as it’s the only way she’ll ever get clean. Tyrone is in a foul mood over his mother's behaviour and Evelyn sympathises with him. Max is ready to go and see Sabrina rather than attend college, but David lays the law down to him, telling him that he can start with him as an apprentice hairdresser. Ed and Ronnie's brewery sale share money has come through. Eliza's excited to go to the cinema with her dad after school. Courtney suggests an afternoon tryst, but Aadi’s torn as he’s got an important business meeting with Darren and Dev. Amy tells Toyah that her counselling volunteering is going well. Tyrone calls at his mother's flat. She overhears Abi saying he will probably fail to get her clean, so to make a good impression she asks Tyrone to go with her to the support group. Having been sent by David to clean up the salon, Max surveys the wrecked mess with horror.
Part Two: Max finds a hung-over Lauren on the floor. She tearfully confesses to what she's done, saying she despairs of her life. The support group meeting begins but Cassie is reluctant to speak. Aadi attends the meeting in the bistro but when Darren starts quizzing him about his love life, Aadi tries to avoid the subject - just as Courtney sends him a provocative picture. Having done their best to clean up the salon, Max orders Lauren to go to work at Roy's Rolls. After she's left, David and Maria arrive and see the broken mirror and an empty bottle. They demand Max tell them what’s been going on. Cassie lies to the group, telling them how her Mum kicked her out when she was a teenager, she did things she's ashamed of and ended up on drugs. Tyrone listens in shock. An upset Eliza returns home from school and tells Stu she started her period in the middle of PE and was totally embarrassed. Lauren apologises to Roy for missing her shift. They’re interrupted by a police officer who announces that she’s arresting her on suspicion of causing criminal damage. Cassie tells Tyrone she turned to prostitution. Furious, he asserts that he’s disgusted with Evelyn for turning her back on her own daughter and he intends to have it out with her.
Part Three: Abi and Cassie try to prevent Tyrone confronting Evelyn. Cassie insists she's not ready to share everything with her mum yet. Having heard from Lauren, Max rips into David for calling the police. Eliza is angry when Stu comes back with sanitary products he's bought for her, knowing that he must have mentioned her humiliation to someone. Looking for Evelyn at No.9, Abi has to calm Tyrone down. He's determined to have Cassie move back in. Courtney joins her husband and the Alahans. Aadi thinks she's taking too many risks. Amy spots her draped all over her friend. Roy and Dee-Dee rush to the police station but Lauren's already got off with a caution thanks to duty solicitor Joel Deering. Lauren is still in despair about her life. Tyrone warns Cassie she's out if she causes any more troubles. Hope and Ruby are happy to see her back. Michael decides to use his Nippersnapper money to invest in Ed and Ronnie's business. Evelyn and Tyrone argue when she finds out that Cassie has moved back in. She demands to know why he's changed his mind since the morning.
Part Four: Evelyn realises that Cassie has told lies about her and shouts at them to come clean about what's transpired. When they remain silent, she storms out of the house. Dom is late to collect Eliza and she tries to convince herself that he's not let her down. Roy gives Lauren money so she can stay a few nights in a B&B. Courtney apologises to Aadi for embarrassing him but she's winding him up and has no intention of ending their fling as she's drawn emotionally closer to him. Stu enjoys a film night with Alya and Eliza. Dom sends his daughter a text claiming his car has broken down. Joel calls into the Rovers. He and Dee-Dee are attracted to each other. Max is honest with Sabrina about the day's events with Lauren. Evelyn returns home and the rows continue. She's taken aback when Tyrone agrees with her that she should go back and live in the flat by herself.
