Plot[]
Part One: Amy pretends she's meeting a friend from uni when a concerned Steve and Tracy invite her to spend the day with them. Roy returns to work at the cafe. Bernie thinks it's too soon and tries to do everything for him. Carla picks up Ryan's order from the cafe and tells Daniel that her nephew is barely leaving his bedroom now. Summer finds Amy reflecting at Victoria Gardens. Amy declares her intention to start afresh and focus on uni. Daniel delivers Ryan's order and invites himself into the flat. Brian looks forward to Isabella returning to Italy, with the flat renovations due to complete today. Roy rows with Isabella at the cafe when she spills her nail varnish on a table. Elaine vows not to speak to Tim until he's apologised to her and Stephen. Ryan thinks Daniel is spending time with him out of pity but Daniel insists he considers him a friend. Ryan feels that no woman will look twice at him again. He clams up when Daniel asks why he won't see Daisy.
Part Two: Ryan pretends that seeing Daisy would make the pain of being catfished harder to deal with. Daniel says Daisy has been withdrawn since he broke off contact and suggests they're each what the other needs right now. Ryan relents. Stephen transfers £480 from Underworld to a private account in the name of Seagull Limited to pay the next instalment of the life insurance policy. He frets when Carla tells him that Owen wants to see the company accounts. Toyah tells Mary she's helping out at the bistro. Isabella annoys Mary by demanding a refund and replacement on a bouquet of flowers Brian purchased as there aren't enough flowers on it. When she takes a call from her builder revealing that the renovations have hit a snag and won't be completed for another two weeks, Brian's horrified. Sarah, Adam and Harry go for a belated Father's Day lunch at Speed Daal, ignoring Damon's presence there. Amy's tutor tells her she has to repeat the year at uni as she's missed too much work. Steve and Tracy are alarmed when she she considers dropping out. Daisy calls on Ryan and apologises for kissing him. She denies doing it because she felt sorry for him. Ryan admits he much he's missed her and leans in for another kiss. Daisy responds.
Part Three: The couple pull away when Carla walks in. Daisy makes an excuse to leave. Summer points out the benefits of repeating the year to Amy and encourages her not to give up. Owen reveals to Jenny that he's taking her on holiday but won't say where. Stephen tells Owen that Seagull Limited are a consultancy firm that did some research for Underworld. Owen accepts the explanation. Mary asks Roy to help Brian stand up to Isabella before he loses all of his friends. Roy refuses to get involved. Carla persuades Ryan to brave Speed Daal and face Alya. She makes sure his hood is down when they enter. Brian encourages Isabella to visit Southport before she leaves. When the idea excites her, he draws up an itinerary touring all the local seaside towns which will take up the full two weeks. Summer's worried when Amy orders shots at the bistro.
Part Four: Alya is thrilled to see Ryan. He accepts her offer of friendship. Sarah's glad that she and Adam are putting Damon behind them but Adam still refuses to move back into the bedroom. Daisy considers taking out a two-year lease on a house for her, Daniel and Bertie to give them their own space. A tipsy Amy witnesses a man dragging his reluctant wife up to dance at the bistro and mouths off at him for not respecting her wishes. Summer follows an embarrassed Amy outside and finds her vomiting in the street. She assures her friend that she doesn't need to pretend to be fine around her. Brian thinks he's got rid of Isabella and is aghast to find she's expecting him to be her guide on her tour of the north. Max gets another earful from Alya when he runs into her and Ryan outside the kebab shop. Max insists he's not a bad person, revealing to Ryan that he heard his SOS voicemail on Daisy's phone and informed Daniel. Ryan's stunned as he realises that Daisy was Crystal all along.
