Plot[]
Part One: Eliza starts at Weatherfield High. Hope's nose is put out of joint when Sam sits next to her on the bus. Faye's off with Craig after his threat to dob her in for Ted's death. He assures her he would never do so. Steve and Tracy go to the bank for a loan to defend against Eric. Unaware of their troubles, Aggie moans about the scaffolding still being there after ten months. Brian introduces Isabella to Bernie and Glenda. Isabella swiftly changes the subject when Glenda tells her she's been to Naples. Chesney lies that he's sorted the flowers and sound system for the wedding by calling in a couple of favours from some old mates. Faye isn't keen when Craig suggests they buy a flat together and set a date for the wedding. As Tim muscles in offering to help them out with their deposit, she wonders if she did the right thing turning Jackson down. Paul tells Dee-Dee that he's come across a new drug on the internet which claims to cure MND. Hope, Sam, Lily, Joseph and Ruby attend Eliza's belated birthday party at Speed Daal. Hope spies on Roy and Sam as they prepare a science display. She smiles mischievously when she's left alone with the ingredients.
Part Two: Beth's convinced that Faye and Jackson did more than kiss. Craig warns her not to interfere. Jackson and Miley invite Faye for a last family outing before they leave but she can't face it. Aggie feels bad when Ed tells her that the McDonalds have more to worry about than the roof repairs. Roy and Sam's potassium experiment produces a huge pillar of flame and sets off the smoke alarm. Yasmeen puts the fire out while Eliza sits unimpressed. Paul visits the clinic hoping to discuss the new drug but is told to wait for an appointment with his MND nurse. Faye tells Gary that she's turned down the chance to go to Slough. She admits she doesn't want to be with Craig anymore but can't leave him as he knows something about her that could send her back to prison.
Part Three: Faye gives Gary an account of Ted's death and how Craig put his career on the line to protect her and Emma. Joseph learns how to hold a microphone at Little Big Shotz. Gary tells Faye she can't spend her life making it up to Craig. Eliza's party is cut short as the parents think Roy is incompetent and take their children home. Tracy is thrilled when Aggie tells her Ed is going to finish the roof for them on the house. Rita is saddened that Gemma can't afford a hen party and offers to push some cash behind the bar if she and Chesney have a joint stag and hen do at the Rovers. Gemma is grateful. Sam apologises to Eliza for ruining her party. She's still annoyed with him. Mary worries about Brian when she catches him uncharacteristically smoking a cigarette with Isabella. Gary confronts Craig outside the flat and marches him upstairs, where Faye admits that she's told Gary about Ted.
Part Four: Craig denies he threatened Faye. Beth interrupts them and demands to know what they're arguing about. Brian makes plans to stay with Isabella in Naples. She tells him he's welcome once her flat is repaired. Faye sends Gary away before he says too much in front of Beth. Steve insists on paying Ed back when he can. Ed says it's up to him to get the scaffolding taken down once the work is done. Craig admits to Beth that Faye doesn't want him anymore. Faye's insistent that she does love Craig. Hope proudly reveals to Sam that she added more potassium to the mixture to liven up the party. She's sad when he breaks up with her. Billy surprises Paul by suggesting that they adopt a child. Paul agrees to consider it to stop Billy going on about it. The pressure getting to him, he goes outside for air and bursts into tears.
