Plot[]
Part One: Daniel submits a form expressing his concerns about Max's state of mind. Daisy decides to take a step back from helping Ryan. Summer plans a Eurovision party at the flat while Billy is at the event in Liverpool. Amy surprises her friends by making a date with Ezra, a lad on her course. Sarah tells Dee-Dee she's going to finish with Damon. Ryan delays his counselling appointment again as he doesn't feel well. Beth puts her name forward for the supervisor's job in Norfolk. Daniel fails to convince the Safeguarding Lead to raise Max's risk level. Amy feels uneasy when Summer suggests she finds out if Ezra has any friends for her. In a bid to put him off Crystal, Daisy texts him making out she can't stand club music and prefers country. He leaves a voicemail saying that he too loves country and he's going to book a flight to Ibiza today to come and see her. Daisy's aghast that her plan has backfired.
Part Two: David visits Max, hoping he'll open up to him like he did in the video but Max gives nothing away. He tells Max they're reviewing his case and he might be out soon. Fiz encourages Beth to stay in Weatherfield and repair her relationship with Kirk. Sarah manages to resist Damon when he tries kissing her and tells him to stay away from her. In the classroom, Daniel tries to have a quiet word with Max about his video, but the lad behaves nonchalantly in front of his peers. Stephen offers Fiz the Norfolk job on a six-month contract, saying it'll be double the salary she's on now. Daisy lets slip to Ryan that she knows he was planning to book tickets to Ibiza. He asks how she knows.
Part Three: Daisy covers, telling Ryan that she glanced at his laptop and saw he'd been looking at flights. He buys her story and suggests they go for a walk, asserting that it's time he faced the world. Max's classmates see him speaking to Daniel and accuse him of being pally with the teacher. Fiz tells Tyrone about the job offer. Amy realises she isn't ready to date and decides not to meet Ezra. Daisy suggests a drink at the Rovers with Ryan. Putting his hood down, he ventures inside for the first time since the attack. Jenny, Debbie and Ronnie greet him enthusiastically, giving him the strength to ignore a couple staring at him from the booth. Max disrupts the class in a bid to earn the approval of the other boys. Amy feels sick as she watches Aaron in Victoria Gardens kissing a mystery girl. Ryan thanks Daisy for helping him face his demons. Daisy tells him she's proud of him and holds his hand supportively before Jenny calls her away.
Part Four: Beth sulks at being passed over for the supervisor's job. Amy decides against warning the girl about Aaron, knowing that he would just lie his way out of it. She confides in Aadi that it's hard to see him getting on with his life. Damon gives it a week until Sarah is back at his door again. She tells him he's wrong. Tyrone tells Fiz she can't afford to turn the job down, assuring her he can cope with the girls in the short-term. Daniel tells Ken he's not giving up on Max this time. Daisy reprimands Sarah when she looks the other way around Ryan. A worn-out Ryan heads home, feeling that the day has gone well. Fiz decides to take the job when Hope and Ruby give their approval, the former mainly due to the things she'll be able to buy her with the money. Ryan returns to the Rovers for his phone and hears Daisy assuring Daniel that she just feels sorry for him and is counting down the days till she can ditch him. He's devastated.
