Plot[]
Part One: With the Stalking Protection Order hearing taking place today, even Daisy can't bring herself to think about her forthcoming wedding. In trepidation, she switches on her phone, but she’s pleasantly surprised when there are no messages from Justin. Daniel takes the credit for scaring him off but isn't specific about what he did when Daisy asks. Hope plays off a guilty Tyrone against Fiz when her mother tries to impose a sense of discipline. Tim and Sally are surprised when Jackson Hodge calls at No.4. Beth assures Kirk that she’s chucked Marco’s letter away, but he’s annoyed she kept it in the first place. Jackson explains that he’s been trying to get in touch with Faye. After he’s gone, Sally breaks the news to Tim that Faye’s been ignoring his messages because she doesn’t want to see Miley. Tim’s shocked. Amy is withdrawn from a puzzled Summer. Summer reveals that she’s still hoping to go to Manchester University to be near Aaron. Amy advises her to look further afield. Adam walks in on Daniel and Peter discussing the assault on Justin and demands to know what they are talking about. Sarah has to step in when Fiz and Beth bicker continuously at their work benches. Adam admonishes Daniel and Peter for their actions. Daniel begs him not to tell Daisy.
Part Two: The hearing begins with Justin absent and Dee-Dee making her opening statement. Kirk and Beth continue to argue to the point where he says he's moving out of the flat. Summer tells Aaron about Amy's strange mood, and he advises her that it's best to leave things alone. Daisy delivers her statement to the magistrates, describing how Justin has made her life a misery. Suddenly the door to the court opens and Justin enters, with his neck in a brace. Sally advises Tim to speak with Faye now her working day is over. Justin lies to the court that there seems to be some misunderstanding as he made friends with Daisy, their meetings are accidental and he’s not a stalker. Daisy is shocked when he talks about Daniel’s attack. Beth and Kirk make up and she hides a message on her phone from Marco, accepting the friendship request. Awaiting the magistrate’s verdict, Daisy makes Daniel admit what he did to Justin. Daisy’s order is refused on the basis of insufficient evidence and some of the blame is put on Daniel for the judgement. Justin smiles to himself.
Part Three: Considering an appeal, Adam and Dee-Dee advise Daisy to carry on recording Justin's attempts to contact her and to come off social media. Saying he’s having trouble sleeping and making out that he was as drunk as she was, Aaron begs Amy not to tell Summer that they slept together. Glenda finds Beth looking at Marco’s photos. Daisy rips into Daniel for sabotaging her hearing and won’t listen to his reasons, even when he points out that she hit Justin too. She can’t believe her eyes when she sees Justin waiting for her in the Rovers’ bar. Tim makes a special meal for Faye and tells her about Jackson’s visit. She tells her father that it would be too confusing to Miley for her to make contact now. Daniel orders Justin out of the pub as the stalker insists she’s too good to be with her fiancé and she will be happier with him. She tearfully tells him he’s a freak and a vile little man. Hope sees that Sam is still upset about Nick and Damon and takes him to the cafe. Daisy tells Daniel he’s ruined everything and refuses to go home with him, staying at the Rovers instead.
Part Four: Sam and Hope agree that they’re now boyfriend and girlfriend. Beth assures Kirk she’s binned Marco’s letter. Tim watches on as Ken enjoys time with Bertie. Fiz congratulates Hope for tidying her room so well, not knowing it was Tyrone who did it to curry favour with the girl. Daniel refuses Peter’s offer for him to speak with Daisy. Tim tells Sally he’s meeting Jackson and Miley tomorrow and she’s to keep it quiet from Faye. Beth confides in Glenda that she’s also meeting Marco tomorrow, supposedly to get an old record back that he borrowed from her years before. Justin sends Daisy more texts. Daniel comes to talk to her and is told that she’s not sure if she wants to marry him anymore.
