Plot[]
Part One: Daniel takes the day off work to censor Daisy's phone calls and texts. He agrees not to post anything on her social media while she shops for a new phone. Stephen informs Elaine that he can now afford to repay her loan in full as he's received the commission on the Rufus Donahue deal. She's delighted as she's seen a flat she likes in the Redbank Apartments. Both Billy and Nina advise Shona to make it up with David. Nina volunteers to assist Evelyn at the charity shop when Roy is at a bat meeting. Daisy isn't pleased when Daniel posts a quote from Shakespeare on her socials. Spider tells Toyah they're closing in on their target but refuses to name him. Daniel makes Daisy even more angry when he suggests they postpone their big day until Justin has been dealt with. Peter finds a watch in the taxi he's cleaning out. Encountering Justin bearing a bunch of flowers on Victoria Street, Daisy storms over, hurls the bouquet onto the pavement and stamps on it. As Justin places a calming hand on her arm, Daisy sees red and punches him, witnessed by a shocked George.
Part Two: Justin reveals his mum has just died and he was visiting Shuttleworth's to sort the arrangements. George says she should apologise, and she does so with great reluctance. It's the day of Blake's sentencing and Alya is nervous about reading her victim statement out loud. Daisy walks into No.1 and bursts into tears. At the charity shop, a customer called Mo cannot afford the suit he needs for an interview. Nina lends him £10 and wishes him well, much to Evelyn's derision. Maria’s annoyed when Len Cameron invites the press to photograph him handing over a cheque for the funding. Suddenly, Spider and a colleague screech up in a car wearing stab vests. Cameron's face pales. Stephen is dismayed to find Carla fighting fit and almost ready to get back to work. She's impatient for him to leave the flat, depriving him of the chance to dose her up with more LSD. Daniel comforts Daisy but admits he's worried that Justin will try and ruin their wedding ceremony. Shona agrees to join David and Lily in visiting Max, though not for David's sake. Jess Heywood invites Daisy to the police station as Justin has accused her of assault.
Part Three: Against Daniel's advice, Daisy goes with Jess. Mo calls into Roy's Rolls to repay Nina her £10 and Evelyn’s forced to eat her words. Hearing that Mo needed the suit for an immigration interview, Daryan invites him to sit down and chat. Stephen asks Sarah to convince Carla that her mental health is still too fragile for her to return to work. She refuses. Jess interviews Daisy and is taken aback to hear that PC Scott has started intently following her socials. Blake receives a twelve-year sentence. Spider reports to Maria and Gary that Cameron's computer shows he was RedPilled100. PC Scott reports that Justin has withdrawn his complaint. Jess is shocked when Scott tells Daisy that her social media posts provoked Justin and that she needs to calm down. The Platts visits to Max takes place. He makes a plausible excuse to Lily to cover for his cuts and bruises and tells David he's really trying to put things right. Shona sees how upset her husband is. Peter asks for Rufus's contact details as he's offered him some chauffeuring work but Stephen and Sarah put him off. Peter looks over the watch. Sarah mentions to an interested Stephen that Carla gave away 50% of Underworld the last time she was ill. Daisy and Daniel are staggered when Justin walks into the Rovers, wanting to talk to her.
Part Four: Daniel sits with Daisy as she talks to Justin but he's unchanged, saying he's willing to give her another chance. She tells him he's nothing to her and to leave. Daryan introduces Gary and Maria to Mo and excitedly announces that he was at the same processing centre as his brother, who successfully arrived in England after all. Carla promises Peter that won't overdo things when she returns to work. Stephen looks up the articles of association for Underworld. Gemma’s distraught to receive an adjusted gas bill for £4,000. Paul promises to help her sort it. Back at their flat, while Billy’s back is turned, Paul struggles to grip a glass with his right hand but hides his concern. Off-duty, Jess calls to see Daisy and tells her that PC Scott has been given an official reprimand. Shona sees how down David is. They make up when she sees how genuinely sorry he is. Daisy is shaken when Justin stalks her on Rosamund Street. He says he's giving her one last chance and she threatens him with a protection order. He threatens her, saying she's been leading him on.
