Plot[]

Part One: Roy stays up late watching the Roman fort excavation on his mobile phone. Evelyn considers returning to the charity shop when she hears that Joy has been transferred to the Oldham branch. Adam tells Sarah he's taking her for dinner as there's something he wants to discuss. Bernie is furious to find out from Chesney that Dev let her win at golf. Todd's taxi driver recognises Laurence in the street and tells him to advise Sean to watch his back. He drives off before Todd can find out more. Nick handles the delivery of the drugs at the bistro. Dev admits he went easy on Bernie. She drags him to the golf club for another game, demanding that he play at his best. Damon has lunch with Dee-Dee at the Rovers. The pair enjoy themselves. Nick's angry when Damon tells him that the drugs aren't being picked up until tomorrow. In a van outside the bistro, two men don gloves and balaclavas.

Part Two: Michael shows Sarah more of his designs and suggests they think big and bombard all the retailers on the list Stephen provided. Todd doesn't want to rock the boat but Eileen insists he must tell Sean what the taxi driver said. Nick refuses to have drugs on the premises overnight and demands that Damon remove them immediately. Damon refuses. The toast is left to burn at the cafe with Roy continually on his phone. Carla loses patience with him and makes him put it away. Todd repeats the driver's warning to Sean. Sean thinks Todd is obsessed with Laurence. Bernie thrashes Dev at golf again. The masked men burst into the bistro. Pointing a gun at Ryan, they demand he hand over the drugs. Ryan tells them there aren't any. Sam, waiting for Nick in the restaurant, calls his dad to alert him. Nick is stunned to hear the men shouting in the background. Before he can act, a gunshot sounds from the bistro.

Part Three: The gunman has fired a warning shot to hurry Ryan along. Nick and Leanne rush in and take charge of a terrified Sam. Damon appears and jumps the gunman, causing him to drop the gun. He chases the hoodlums into the kitchen. Sean finds the taxi app on Todd's phone and shows Laurence a picture of the driver, Mitch. Laurence says he's never seen him before. The masked men escape the bistro through the back door as the police arrive. Damon orders Nick not to tell the police anything about the drugs. Carla advises Nina to rein Roy in before his hobby becomes an obsession. Bernie brags that the ladies' golf captain reckons she's so good that they'll waive the membership fee and offer her a scholarship. Dev does his best to appear pleased for her. Nick tells the police that the men wrongly thought there were drugs at the bistro. Eileen does some digging and finds the social media page for Laurence and his late wife's rambling club, where she spots a picture of the couple with Mitch. They realise Laurence lied about not knowing him. The police bring in a sniffer dog to check the bistro for drugs.

Part Four: The dog leads the police to an empty cupboard in the kitchen. Sarah forgets about her dinner with Adam while she and Michael e-mail potential clients. Damon reveals to Nick that he got the package out in time. Nick is furious that he put Sam in danger. Handing the package back to Nick, Damon promises he'll be out of his hair for good if he holds them until they're picked up. Carla and Nina discover that Roy has joined social media in order to follow accounts that interest him. Evelyn tells Roy she'll volunteer at the charity shop again. Sarah arrives for dinner an hour late to find that Adam's already eaten. Bernie thinks Dev will be pleased that they can now share their love of golf. At No.7, he's despondent over his defeat. Todd and Eileen decide to gather more evidence before bringing it to Sean. Laurence books himself and Sean a mini-break. Damon delivers a deck system for Sam to Nick's flat and refuses to listen to his and Leanne's demands that he takes the drugs away.
