Plot[]
Part One: Adam receives a proof copy of the John Stape book. Fiz hopes to get an injunction to stop the publication by proving that the author lied to get information from Hope but Adam isn't optimistic. Nick snaps at Sam when he suggests that Harvey isn't beyond redemption. He tells his son that people like Harvey are born evil. Summer and Amy prepare to move out of their respective homes. Leanne suggests to Nick that letting Sam see Harvey could give him closure. Nick thinks it's just as likely to set the boy back and refuses to risk it. Fiz reads the book and finds there's a whole chapter about Hope, detailing all the bad things she's done. Adam delivers more bad news when he tells her that the games company wouldn't relinquish the chat logs so they won't get an injunction. In desperation, Fiz decides to meet with the book's publisher and beg them to change course.
Part Two: Sam tells Roy he's been reading about the restorative justice programme and asks if he'd go with him to visit Harvey in prison. Max and Daryan start at Speed Daal. Yasmeen is annoyed that the lads have been foisted on her. Tracy is surprised by how upset she is at Amy's departure. Billy thinks Summer moved out because he's so overbearing. The publisher informs Fiz that the book has already gone to print. Fiz simply asks her to keep Hope's name out of it and give her a chance at a future not in John's shadow. Kevin finds a flyer in a customer's car for a Q&A with the book's author, Rory McDowd, happening now at the Chariot Square Hotel. Tyrone checks out the event. Max hears Yasmeen slagging him off and walks out of Speed Daal. Roy relays Sam's intentions to Nick. At the hotel, Tyrone sees red when he hears Rory speculating that Fiz was complicit in John's crimes. Getting up on stage, he whacks Rory and threatens to kill him if he says one more word about his family.
Part Three: The hotel manager calls the police on Tyrone. Nick realises Sam isn't going to let the matter drop and contacts a restorative justice charity to find out if it's safe for his son. Tyrone is arrested for assault. Amy, Jacob, Summer and Aaron move into the builder's yard flat. Max tells Alya he's quitting as everyone round here thinks he's a loser. She encourages him to prove them wrong and he agrees to return. Fiz meets with Rory and begs him not to press charges against Tyrone. He's persuaded and Tyrone is released without charge. Picking him up at the police station, Fiz threatens to leave him if he carries on thumping people.
Part Four: Todd tells Summer that Billy thinks she moved out to get away from him. Tyrone points out to Fiz that the book wouldn't have been written if she hadn't been with Phill. She reminds him that she was only with Phill because he cheated. Nick finds out from the charity that no one as young as Sam has worked with them. He nevertheless agrees to see them. Tim plucks up the courage to console Tracy in the Rovers as she remembers Deirdre and Blanche. Adam advises Tyrone that the only route left is libel. Max tells Lauren about his new job. She suggests Yasmeen was showing favouritism towards Daryan. Summer calls on Billy and tells him how much she appreciates everything he's done for her. Fiz shows Tyrone a viral video of him punching Rory, recorded by an audience member. She tells him that thanks to his stunt, the publisher has brought the book's launch date forward to the end of the week.
