Plot[]
Part One: Kevin is on edge, expecting Abi and Alfie's arrival, and is snappy with Jack. Summer makes plans to have Asha and Amy round as Billy has church business. Sally's exhausted and grumpy after putting up with another night of Tim being restless. Ronnie helps Debbie set up the bistro for the psychic night in front of a disapproving Leanne. Forgiving Summer for her treatment of Aadi, Asha and Amy agree to a pampering night at the flat, though they wonder why she isn't meeting Aaron for an evening of passion. Summer thinks it would be a good idea to have a night with him before they go on their holiday. As Ryan listens on, Alya flirts with Matt Bannerman on the phone. He accuses her of rubbing his face in it, and when they row, he walks out of the job. Bernie tries to blag compensation from Debbie for the supposed mental trauma Paul suffered after Ed's electrocution. Kevin admits to Tyrone that he hasn't told Abi about his arrest. Kevin thinks she's arrived but it's the police who are knocking on his door.
Part Two: Kevin is relieved when PC Merton tells him the CPS and Stephen aren't pressing charges. Abi arrives with Alfie just as the police leave. Summer is embarrassed when a holiday dress that Asha gives her doesn't fit. Ryan admits to Jenny that he's thinking of moving away to Ibiza. Debbie offers him temporary work at the bistro's themed nights. Dev suggests a boy's night out at the casino evening, but Tim wants to take Sally there as a treat. Debbie and Leanne have a blazing row about Ryan being employed. As the pressure builds on her, Debbie comes clean to Ronnie about the extent of her financial problems and says half-jokingly that her only solutions are bankruptcy or an insurance job. Kevin and Abi celebrate at Speed Daal but Stephen walks in looking for Yasmeen. Aaron calls to see Summer. She kisses him to initiate sex but suddenly panics and asks him to leave. Wishing them well, Stephen tells Kevin in front of Abi that he dropped the charges because of all they've been through. Abi asks what he means.
Part Three: Stephen apologises for causing any embarrassment. Kevin comes clean to Abi about what happened. The psychic, Madame Sienna, arrives at the bistro, looking years older than her promotional posters. Hearing Toyah's name, Sienna tells her she has messages from Imran, annoying Leanne who leaves in a huff. Aaron texts her to meet him. Toyah tells Leanne that she and Spider have exchanged messages but nothing more. Ryan isn't pleased to see Alya with Matt. Summer tells Aaron she can't bear the thought of him seeing her undressed. Kevin explains to Abi why he lost control and how he fears that Jack is off the rails as well, feeling that he's taking second place in everyone's affections. Aaron tells Summer he understands better than anyone how she feels, and they should cancel the holiday. Abi feels she's in the way, having messed up Kevin and Jack's relationship and she should leave.
Part Four: Kevin begs Abi to stay while he goes to fetch Jack. Summer tells Billy and Todd that Aaron has broken up with her. Madame Sienna offers Ryan a job in the Canary Islands but he can't afford the airfare. Sally's delighted at the thought of dressing up at the casino night. A tipsy Madame Sienna is a fraudulent disaster. Kevin tells Jack that Abi is having second thoughts. Jack tells her that he wants her back as they've been lost without her. Knowing he's broke, Debbie asks Ryan to stage a break-in at the bistro and she will pay for him to have a new start. Jack gives his end-of-year presentation to Abi to read aloud. In it, he praises Kevin and Abi and speaks warmly of his new family. They hug each other as they look forward to the future.
