Plot[]
Part One: Mary assumes that George spent the night and is told by Eileen that he went home to be with his cat Ridley. Based on the fact that her allergies haven't come out, Mary doubts he has such a pet. Daisy confronts Nicky who makes it clear that she hated the life she was forced to lead, and that she has no designs on Daniel whatsoever. Sally isn't pleased to find that Elaine has rearranged her food cupboards and tells her that it's time they had a chat. Daisy asks Daniel to keep an arm's length from Nicky. He happily agrees for the sake of their relationship. George gets confused about his cat's names and histories when Eileen and Sean question him, making them even more suspicious. Aggie recommends a diabetes support group to Billy and he makes an appointment for Summer to attend, much against her protests. Daisy finds Daniel and Nicky having a heart-to-heart in the cafe and walks out in anger.
Part Two: Max integrates himself with pupils who are blanking him at school by showing them Nicky's sex worker advert. She realises something is wrong when they laugh at her. Sean overhears George and Todd discussing Mr Little's two wives and thinks they are talking about Eileen and another woman. Sally suggests to Elaine that it's time she moved out. She takes umbrage when Tim agrees and goes to pack her things. Daniel convinces Daisy that there is nothing between him and a vulnerable Nicky, saying she knows everything there is to know about their previous relationship. Mrs Crawshaw summons Nicky to a meeting to discuss her life as an escort after images of her have appeared on a parents' chat group. Nicky admits to her past and she is suspended pending a full sacking. Sean tells Eileen that George has another woman. Daniel is furious to discover about Nicky's sacking and immediately suspects Daisy of being behind the leak.
Part Three: A distraught Nicky prevents Daniel from opposing her suspension. Eileen also hears that Todd knows about the other woman. Mary and Sean think he's already married. Summer meets Aaron Sandford at the support group and they click. Elaine says her goodbyes. Sally demands she and Tim immediately have sex. Eileen tries to get George to invite her to his house, but he again finds excuses not to. She asks him straight out if he has a wife. Barlow Legal Services loses another client due to Lydia's online reviews and Adam worries how long the business can survive. George denies he has another woman. Eileen demands that the two of them speak to Todd together and hear the truth. Daisy overhears chat across the bar about Nicky. Daniel blames Daisy for the leak and tells her she's a spiteful cow. She angrily denies the accusation as they have a furious row in the street. He angrily finishes with her.
Part Four: Imran meets Ben who has still found no evidence of Abi's drug-taking. Adam sees them chatting. Sally role-plays as a traffic warden before leading Tim up to the bedroom. Eileen hears about Mr Little's two wives from Todd and George and realises she and Sean got things totally wrong. Daniel promises to fight Nicky's corner and lets her stay in his flat rather than be evicted. Daisy fervently denies outing Nicky to Jenny, hurt by the way that Daniel spoke to her. Summer's first meeting has gone well, and Billy is pleased to see her and Aaron have become friends. Tim's anxieties mean that he isn't able to perform. Eileen, Sean and Mary are still puzzled about George's strange manner and Eileen decides to investigate further. Daniel overhears Shona berating Max for sharing the pictures of Nicky and realises he has badly wronged Daisy.
