Plot[]
Part One: Missing the punch by mere moments, Amy, Tracy and PC Burke see Jacob on the floor next to Steve. Jacob elects not to report the assault to the officer present. Steve is furious when PC Burke threatens to arrest him if there's any more trouble. Elaine wrongly assesses Tim's pulse and thinks he's gravely ill. Adam gives Sarah flowers by way of apology for breaking their Valentine's date. Amy tells Steve she's going to carry on seeing Jacob. Leanne makes plans to mark what would have been Oliver's fifth birthday. She's furious to learn from Mary that Amy and Jacob are an item. Simon realises that Jacob must have supplied Aadi and Asha with fake IDs to get into the club. Linda asks Chesney how he's coping with five kids. Chesney assures her it's a doddle and Joseph looks at him with incredulity. Leanne asks Amy how she can be with Jacob after what he put her and Simon through. As Amy defends her boyfriend, they're interrupted by a text revealing that Jacob has been arrested.
Part Two: Jacob has been hauled in over the fake IDs. Leanne tells Amy it wasn't her who reported him but she'd like to shake the hand of the person who did. She advises her to run before he shows his true colours. Elaine checks Tim's pulse again, only to find it's perfectly normal. Tim's relieved whilst a puzzled Elaine consults her course work. Sally is cagey with Tim about a phone call she received earlier. Lydia tells Sarah that her boyfriend has promised to leave his wife. Sarah thinks she's being strung along. Amy is given food for thought as she's reminded that Jacob was mixed up with Harvey, who killed Natasha. Simon reveals that he shopped Jacob to the police, to ensure he doesn't come near the street again. Linda treats Chesney and Gemma to dinner at the bistro. She's puzzled when Debbie expresses concern for Joseph. Chesney and Gemma explain that he was recently in hospital after being knocked off his bike. Jacob is given a caution and released from custody. He's dismayed when Amy breaks up with him, explaining that her family will never accept him. David tells Max that until they find the person responsible for spiking Amy's drink, he'll be studying from home in a safe environment. Steve assures Amy that she'll soon forget about Jacob. Amy rails at him, telling him he doesn't have a clue.
