Plot[]

Part One: Jacob's revelation leaves Steve and Tracy dumbfounded. Steve refuses to believe that his daughter could sink so low. After spending the night together, Daniel and Daisy mutually agree to give their relationship another try. Daniel is stunned to hear what happened to Amy, and regrets ejecting her group from the dance. Steve tells PC Burke that Jacob spiked Amy's drink and demands he keep the lad away from her. Lydia tells the factory staff what an amazing time she had with her boyfriend last night. She pretends to have food poisoning to take the morning off. Elaine starts her online cardiology course. The nurse tells the McDonalds that Amy will make a full recovery and whoever put her in the recovery position probably saved her life. Assuming it was Asha, they thank her but the girl asserts that it was actually Jacob. Sick of the sniping over the reward money, Gemma helps Chesney and Bernie bury the hatchet. Amy regains consciousness. Steve and Tracy tell her that there was GHB in her system and gently ask her if she took it by accident. When she responds that she didn't, Steve reveals that Jacob spiked her drink.

Part Two: Amy tells Steve he's wrong and Jacob is her boyfriend. Steve is dismissive of her claim that Jacob is a reformed character. The police check the nightclub's CCTV. Sarah is annoyed that Lydia isn't at work. The Winter-Browns are astonished when Joseph's maternal grandmother Linda Hancock calls at No.5, on her way back to Portugal from Belize. They manage to put her off while they tidy the house. Elaine checks an uncooperative Tim's pulse as part of her coursework. As Linda waits for Joseph at No.5, Chesney and Gemma are relieved to find she doesn't know about Joseph going missing. Jacob brings refreshments for Steve and Tracy to curry favour with them. Steve calls him trash and tells him to go or he'll make him. Daniel tells David that Amy was drugged, possibly on school premises. Concerned for Max's safety, David urges Daniel to lean on the school to conduct an investigation. Amy tells PC Burke that she felt woozy before entering the club. She's told that the club's CCTV shows there was no opportunity for someone to spike her drink. Amy is pleased as it exonerates Jacob. As they're talking, they hear Steve rowing with Jacob in the corridor. When Jacob refuses to leave, Steve punches him.
