Plot[]
Part One: A confused Emma insists Curtis takes the pills to stop him dying, but is told by the doctor that they have all be tested and are definitely just vitamins. Although finding it hard to come to terms with the fact that her father and brothers were behind the fire, an unhappy Marrium accepts they did it out of revenge for Zeedan stealing from him. He apologises for all he's put her through. Emma brings Ruby home, saying she's been declared okay, but an angry Tyrone doesn't believe her. Summer feels frumpy in her clothes, comparing herself to Daisy's glamorous social media photos. Seeing how down she is, Billy suggests a meal at the bistro with him and Paul. Tyrone insists on a second opinion and to put him off, Emma lies to him that Ruby took one of her own multivitamins. Sally bores journalist Suki Waters with her boasting about being a game-changer, whilst belittling Maria's clean-air campaign in front of her. Ken has also taken Daniel to the bistro and they walk out as Billy's party walks in. Summer tries to cheer up, saying she fancies a burger. Sarah tells Lydia she wasn't pregnant but jokes to her that her husband probably has children all over the place given his reputation. They decide to hit the Christmas market for mulled wine. Emma also has to lie to Steve about Curtis's pills when he overhears Bernie asking her about Ruby.
Part Two: Yasmeen is relieved the investigation is over but feels guilty about how she treated Stu. Zeedan introduces Marrium to his gran, saying she's staying in Weatherfield for a while. Gary advises Maria to run in the election herself to get her own back at Sally. She's taken with the idea. Billy is oblivious to how upset Summer is when a waiter comments on how much she's eaten. Alya isn't happy that Marrium is staying, when she responsible for her father's death. Curtis returns from his supposed Three Peaks walk to being confronted by Emma about the pills. He claims he took spares with him. She asks him about the vitamins. Summer tries to take Daisy-like selfies but is unhappy with the result. She makes herself sick. Lydia tells Sarah that her little boy is starting soon at Bessie Street School. Once she's gone, Sarah is in a better mood and teases Adam about all his previous conquests. Emma accuses Curtis of lying to her. He tells her he's on a holistic homeopathic regime as the doctors can't help him and he's still dying. He makes her feel guilty by telling her that his own fiancée is branding him as a liar.

- Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this episode was made with social distancing rules being observed by both cast and production crew. Exceptions were occasionally made for instances in which characters were required to be in close contact. These were made in accordance with the rules by employing measures such as more frequent testing and cast members bubbling up together prior to recording.
- This Tuesday episode was part of week in which Coronation Street was transmitted at 7.30pm each night, with a double episode on Friday 17th December, and the musical comedy game Walk The Line being shown immediately after each edition.
- Freddie & Isaac Rhodes as Harry Platt are credited but do not appear.
