Plot[]

Part One: Mary takes issue with the pitch for her flower stall that she's been given on the Victoria Street Christmas market as it's opposite Tattoo'll Do Nicely. Sally asks Maria to say a few words about her clean air campaign at the press interview later. Tyrone asks Emma to look after Hope and Ruby for the day as Bessie Street School has suffered a boiler failure. Orla visits Daniel to explain he can't have any contact with Summer when he returns, and encourages him to use his mentor's advice as he completes his training. Zeedan is in a good mood, much to Alya's disgust. Summer tries to talk to Daniel in the street but he brusquely orders her away from him. Michael is still trying to digest Grace's behaviour. Sarah isn't happy when Adam confirms to an enquiring Beth that he's had a lot of women in his time. Emma finds that Curtis has gone without his pill box. With the insurers having agreed a payout, Ed gives Zeedan a quote for decorating Speed Daal. Zeedan apologises to Alya for what he's put her through. Maria grows nervous as the press conference nears. A panicking Emma summons Gemma for help and she calms her down. Emma watches in puzzlement as a TV Doctor uses exactly the same phrases that Curtis did when he helped Harvey on the night of the storm.

Part Two: Hope says that Ruby's taken one of Curtis's pills. Meeting Adam for lunch, Sarah is sharp with him over his admission about his womanising past and is shocked when he admits he stopped counting once he was past the age of twenty. Gemma advises Emma to take Ruby to Weatherfield General. Gary keeps out of the way as Sally coaches an impressed Maria how to behave at the press conference. Aadi is dismissive of Summer when she tries to talk to him. She sees Daniel run from a classroom where his name and hers have been scrawled on a board with a heart. Mary offers Maria a battered old clipboard of her mother's for her to use at the conference. Zeedan is shocked when his wife Marrium appears in the restaurant to say her brothers have been arrested for arson and she wants to know what's happened. The hospital doctor tells Emma that Curtis's tablets are just vitamin pills.
