Plot[]
Part One: Daniel is questioned about his relationship with Summer. Adam represents his uncle. Daniel repeats much of what he said to Mrs Crawshaw. He's asked why Summer spends so much time at his flat. Mimi makes sly digs at Fiz as she presents a photo slideshow of Phill's life. Tyrone shows her up by raising a toast to Fiz for arranging the party. Amy announces to her parents that she's going to study business at UCL. Tracy suggests to Steve that they use the money from the flat sale to pay for Amy to study in London. Tyrone drags Mimi into the kitchen where he delivers a few home truths about her behaviour. Mimi refuses to be lectured by an adulterer and asserts that Phill can do better than being a glorified childminder to an unmarried mother. Tyrone hits back by calling her by her real name "Beryl", which he got from the cake invoice. Mimi marches back into the restaurant to rat on him, but gets no sympathy from the guests as Mimi had left her microphone on, allowing them to hear the entire conversation. Phill orders his mother to treat Fiz with respect from now on. Humiliated, Mimi storms off. Fiz thanks Tyrone for having her back. Michael accuses his parents of exploiting Grace's moment of weakness. Daniel realises who reported him when the police ask whether he hid someone in his flat last Monday. Naming Daisy as the person in question, he's allowed to leave. At the same time, Summer is interviewed by PC Carson and restates that nothing happened between her and Daniel. She denies that she was Daniel's female guest.
Part Two: Max is suspended for assaulting a teacher. Daniel confronts both of his accusers in the street. Paul remains convinced of his guilt and warns Daniel to stay away from Summer. Steve confesses to Tracy that he's promised Emma a lavish wedding and can't spare the funds for Amy. Tracy demands that the wedding be scaled back. Daniel thinks he's finished as a teacher. Elaine sends word that she wants to sell her share of Speed Daal when the insurance money comes through as she's paying for Faye's appeal. Kelly accuses the Nazirs of burning down the restaurant for the insurance money. Ken tells Daniel that while he's innocent, he's been foolish in showing favouritism towards Summer. Tracy blames Summer for everything and orders her and Billy out of the flat by the end of next week. Daisy and Paul hear their argument. Afterwards, Daisy comforts a tearful Summer at Victoria Gardens as the girl confesses that she has a huge crush on Daniel. Phill apologises to Fiz for not standing up to his mother earlier. He's relieved when she doesn't finish with him. Daisy makes Daniel see that he's unwittingly misled Summer and needs to be more careful in future.
