Plot[]
Part One: Elaine rushes into Speed Daal and alerts Yasmeen. Freda calls on Chesney for her coffee appointment with Gemma and finds out that she has already gone out. Daniel witnesses a stressed Summer being sharp with Billy. Yasmeen, Alya and Simon rush to the hospital where Zeedan is recovering in A&E. He insists he has no idea who his attackers were, but Simon voices his opinion that Ryan had something to do with it, just as Craig enters to take a statement. Kelly finds herself sent to Coventry by the other girls. Zeedan makes a statement to Craig and doesn't rule out Ryan, despite Alya speaking up for her ex. Kelly demands answers from Mia and discovers that Rick was responsible for her being inside, and her mother being dead. Mary is tearful after seeing Norris.
Part Two: Zeedan is released. He takes a call which is nothing but exaggerated heavy breathing. Freda is pleased with the obituary that Ken has written about Norris for publication in the Gazette. Back at No.6, a furious Ryan storms in, demanding to know why Craig has been questioning him. Yasmeen speaks up in his defence to her grandson. Ryan has an alibi as he was working all afternoon and Yasmeen makes Zeedan apologise. Mia tells Kelly about her father's business practices, how people disappeared after being in contact with him, and how her own mother ended up dealing, and then using drugs to pay off his loans, which led to her death a day before Mia's fifteenth birthday. Kelly insists she knew nothing about this, and that her dad must still be alive in Spain. Mia suggests that if he has disappeared, someone must have done it deliberately. Daniel relents and offers to help Summer with her application tomorrow, and with tutoring in exchange for babysitting duties. Alya is suspicious that Zeedan knows more about his attackers than he's letting on. Seeing him refusing to answer his phone, Alya and Yasmeen demand answers as to what's going on. Gemma has to assure Freda that Aled will still have links with other deaf people once he's had his cochlear operation tomorrow. Stunned by Mia's revelations, Kelly rings Gary, demanding to know if he gave Imran the money for the trial and if her dad is alive. He promises to visit her tomorrow. Zeedan explains that he's split up with his wife and his father-in-law has made threats against him. It was his sons who attacked him, and they are threatening to kill him.
