Plot[]
Part One: A hung-over and guilty Ryan wakes up in Daisy's bed as a worried Alya leaves messages on his phone. Eileen relents and tells Sean he can move back into No.11 after he claims that he's unhappy with his snobbish neighbours at the Redbank Apartments. Daisy claims she can't remember if she and Ryan had sex or not. He assures himself that they didn't. He goes home where he has no story ready for Alya. Steve invites Curtis to a family meal, revealing that he's raised £96,000 for Oliver's fund, but feels it's time to take a step back. Ryan claims he spent the night at a friend's flat in Manchester's Northern Quarter. Alya accepts the lie. Unable to get a loan from his bank, Todd receives customer Andy, the binman, who calls at the undertakers and handing Todd £7,000 in cash, explains that a local Big Issue seller, Matty, died and they had a whip-round for his funeral.
Part Two: Sean gets his old job back at Underworld. He talks up George to Eileen on his behalf. With the funeral agreed and Andy gone, Todd places £2,000 in the till and stuffs the other £5,000 in a marble urn. Fiz finds it hard seeing Alina round the factory. Beth advises her to start dating again and helps create an online profile for her which Fiz insists is honest about her situation. Todd tells George about Matty's funeral, how he was moved by his plight and agreed to do a £7,000 funeral for £2,000 as it's all they'd managed to raise. George is pleased that he's displaying the same values as he as his dad raised the business on. Todd feels wretched but is able to ring Will to say he's got his money. Signing on for his shift, Ryan begs Daisy not to let slip that he was with her last night and to forget everything. Fiz is excited to see she's had a reply from a guy called Chris who'd like to meet up. Curtis tells Emma about an idea to organise a charity nude calendar to help Steve reach his target of £100,000. Daisy is livid when Alya tries to get Ryan to pull out of a meeting with an events planner with her. Todd is horrified when he discovers that a deceased man's brother, Mr Hendricks, has called in and collected the marble urn. Daisy, seeing Alya listening in, purposely tells Ryan that she's not happy about his lies when the truth is he ended up in her bed. Alya's livid.
