Plot[]
Part One: Alya suggests to Yasmeen she should sell the community centre to pay her debts, but Yasmeen won't hear of it as it means so much to the people who need it. Carla feels hung-over and remembers with sudden horror that she lied to Peter about being in Harrogate. Peter confides in Steve that he suspects Carla spent the night with Lucas. Nina calls at No.7 for Asha. Dev goes over the top in his attempt to be welcoming to her. Asha cringes, whilst Nina finds it amusing. With Ted's coffin centre stage in the living room at No.8, Gail and Audrey comfort each other. Gail hopes that Eileen doesn't mess things up. Peter confronts Carla in the factory and accuses her of spending the night with Lucas. She tells him where she really was, but he wants to know why she said what he overheard her saying to Lucas. Yasmeen searches in vain for her old jewellery box and explains to Alya that she could sell some jewellery that Sharif bought her. As Tim readies himself to drive the hearse, Steve enjoys winding him up that he's going to be driving a corpse who could come to life. Toyah calls round to find Leanne frantically tidying the flat. She tells her about the feathers and Crystal Webber and explains that she's booked a psychic to come round. Toyah asserts she'll stay and hear what he has to say. Tim loses his nerve when the coffin has been placed in the hearse and runs off as Steve watches grinning from afar.
Part Two: The Platts demand a replacement driver. Having found the jewellery box in the safe at Speed Daal, Alya returns it to Yasmeen. She finds that Kal's medals are missing, disposed of by Geoff. Jeremy the psychic arrives at Leanne's flat and, closing his eyes, makes out he's in contact with Oliver. Toyah watches on with scepticism. Yasmeen is depressed about the loss of the medals. They're interrupted by two bailiffs knocking on the door, demanding payment of debts against a court order. Unable to find Steve, Eileen gets into the driver's seat and reverses over Gail's wreath which had been placed against the back of the vehicle. Alya desperately tries to persuade the bailiffs that Yasmeen isn't responsible for the debts, but they insist that she needs to pay.
