Plot[]

Part One: Sarah is pleased when Lucas Kempton calls at Underworld to talk about some new business, but Carla masks her discomfort. He asks her to go to Harrogate to present a sales pitch to his boss that evening, even though he himself won't be there. Simon returns home and makes out to Leanne that he spent the night at a mate's. Leanne apologises to him. Slapping a fiver on the side, Simon tells her that she can do her own shopping and stalks into his room. Yasmeen's confidence has improved enough to come out of the Speed Daal kitchen and waitress instead. Eileen assures a worried George that with Tim driving the hearse, Ted's funeral will go like clockwork. Sarah realises that Carla has feelings for Lucas. Yasmeen is doing well until a customer comes in, asking about Geoff and saying he wants to book his magic act. Peter shouts at Carla when she tells him about the Harrogate trip, feeling she's neglecting him. When a shaken Yasmeen spills the customer's drink, she flees from the restaurant.

Part Two: Simon shows off to Jacob, telling him about his criminal past as a gang member. Pleased, Jacob asserts that he'll fit right into his new role and offers to get him a new phone. Lucas assures Carla he only has good business intentions in mind. Alya and Elaine follow Yasmeen home to see how she is. Elaine suggests they remove all traces of Geoff from the restaurant and start afresh. The other two women are enthusiastic about the idea. Ken lectures Peter that people will start giving up on him if he doesn't stop pushing them away. Ronnie suggests they have a night out at the casino. Ed is forced to tell his brother how his gambling habit cost them the house and very nearly their marriage. He begs Ronnie to get on better with Aggie. Steve's put out to discover that Eileen's arranged for Tim to drive the hearse at Ted's funeral rather than asking him. Alya unearths a stack of unopened final demand letters. Yasmeen pales. Lucas gives tips to Carla as to how to impress his boss. He questions her about how unhappy she seems. Peter walks into the factory with flowers to say sorry and overhears Lucas asking her about the two of them. He's crestfallen when he hears her say that given her time again, she wouldn't have begun a relationship with an alcoholic.
