Plot[]
Part One: Kevin lambasts Debbie for the path she's taken getting into partnership with someone like Ray and mentions Mick's visit that morning, though he doesn't know him by name. Saying he doesn't want Abi involved in anything wrong, he agrees not to say anything to the police. After he's gone, she breaks down. Audrey implores David to make the peace with Gail pointing out that it was Ted's money that bought the house, not his mother's. Johnny won't let Carla call over one of the officers to report his condition and refuses to let Jenny be told. He promises to see a doctor himself. David and Shona call on Gail. He apologises for his behaviour and when pushed, asks what he can do to prove how sorry he is. Shona produces one of the dog's tins of food and says he should eat it to show how genuine he is. Gail agrees, much to his astonishment. Kevin confides in Abi that he doesn't trust Debbie one bit and suspects that she's lying, and that Ray is still alive. Gail gives in and stops David before he eats the first mouthful, telling him to bring back both his belongings and the children. Kevin and Abi argue when he thinks she's being naive about his sister.
Part Two: Fiz reminds Tyrone how Alina found herself at the mercy of people traffickers the last time she worked in a beauty parlour. He's mortified at his faux pas. Abi stops Kevin following Debbie and she begs him to stop poking the bear, and let them have a quiet life together. Carla confesses to Roy that she's reported Johnny's health to the officers and is afraid she's done the wrong thing. Debbie calls on Ray and tells him that Kevin thinks he's dead, and about the stranger looking for him. Ray guesses it's Mick and admits he owes him £100,000. She promises to deliver the money for No.8 and the passport tomorrow. Telling him that she doesn't trust him, she demands he signs over his businesses before he leaves the country. Tyrone apologises to Alina for being insensitive and suggests she could run her own business and offers to help her look for a suitable college course. She's touched. Debbie tells Miles to draw up the papers for Ray to sign. Miles demands his cut tomorrow as well. David and Shona move the first of their things back in. Gail makes it clear that she wants him to do various DIY jobs and fix the sinkhole. Miles calls on Ray and tells him that Debbie's planning to double-cross him. He swears revenge.
