Plot[]

Part One: Debbie tells Abi that after ringing 999 from the bistro kitchen, she ran out of the back and Ray gave chase, grabbing her and putting her into the boot of his car and driving her away. They stopped near moving water and when he opened the boot, she hit him over the head with his jack and killed him. A furious Grace approaches Michael and PC Talbot and accuses the officer of racism. The officer lets Michael go when a radio message is received saying the true suspect has been apprehended. Michael begs Grace to talk about the family situation. Debbie states she rolled Ray's body into the river and has destroyed the bistro's CCTV. She refuses to go to the police. Adam is concerned to see Ken so low as he blames himself for bad parenting. Gemma is worried they will be evicted but Bernie tells her that no one would get away with that when she's got five children. A shaken Abi hides her conversation with Debbie from Kevin and Sally. Sally reveals the planning committee have revoked Ray's application and all their houses are safe. A cynical Kevin says Debbie will escape any of the blame as usual. Abi keeps her thoughts to herself. Trying to find who Fanny is, Gail researches her family tree. Adam suggests to Ken and Tracy that they each take turns to keep an eye on Peter and if he goes out, they go with him. The police tell a shaken Abi they did indeed find Ray's car by the river. Debbie goes to her flat where Ray is hiding out from Mick Chaney while she tries to get him a false passport to flee to Turkey. In return, she wants him to turn all his businesses over to her.

Part Two: Miles turns up with the paperwork for Ray to sign. Michael returns to No.3 and tells Aggie that Grace is moving in, or he's moving out. She reluctantly backs down. Ray is furious as Miles takes Debbie's side and they tell him that he has little option but to sign. Ray refuses until he's safely in Turkey. As Peter heads out, he's annoyed to realise Adam is following him. Debbie tells Miles she told Abi that Ray was dead to stop her interfering and to put her in the middle of the deception they are planning. Sean rings Dylan, telling him how proud he is for standing up for him at school. Peter arrives home blind drunk as Adam looks on in despair. Abi agrees to keep quiet if Debbie sells everyone their properties back at the same price. Relieved, she agrees.
