Plot[]
Part One: Ray and Susan leave, completely unaware they've given Abi proof that he bribed the planning committee. Chesney admits to Gemma that the make-up was stolen and the money for the kids' Christmas presents was borrowed from Kirk. Debbie deflects criticism from Kevin, saying she doesn't have to like Ray to do business with him. He tells her about Ray blackmailing Abi to show her that he's poison. Craig tells Faye that he'll love her till the day he dies. Faye reciprocates the sentiment. Gemma asks Sean if he'll wait six weeks for his £85. Sean refuses and encourages Gemma to recruit more sales people if she's struggling. Yasmeen gets an order wrong at Speed Daal and suffers a panic attack. Elaine is on hand to help her regain her composure. Faye finds little comfort in Abi saving the street from demolition; Ray should be going away for attempted rape. Debbie demands Ray sign Hexappoint over to her as he's become a liability. Ray refuses to give up the reins.
Part Two: Elaine suggests that Yasmeen take control of her life by committing a daily act of defiance; do something that Geoff wouldn't approve of. Gemma decides to follow Michael and finish with Double Glammy as she has enough on her plate with five children. Tim is furious to learn that Ray is walking free. Sean starts saving for his own flat. Vanessa Finney is interested in Double Glammy and asks Sean to sign her up. After her conversation with Faye, Abi replays the video in front of Ray and offers to delete the file if he tells the police he tried to rape the eighteen-year-old. Tim asks Adam to drop the charges against Faye. A sympathetic Adam tells him it's in the CPS's hands now. Abi gives Ray an hour to decide whether to accept her ultimatum; if she doesn't hear from him she'll go public with the video.
