Part One: In the morning, a badly beaten Ray is let go by Mick Chaney. The hotelier is given 24 hours to find Mick's money or he'll be thrown over the Barton Bridge. It's moving day for the Platts, Metcalfes and Nazirs. Sally thinks Tim is joking when he suggests moving to Spain. David is unhappy at having to live on the Paul Robeson Estate but tells Abi it's time to accept that Ray has beaten them. Ray can only stump up half of the money to pay Mick off. Faye runs off when she hears Tim and Sally arguing about Spain. Sean gets a call from Violet saying she's on her way up with Dylan. He finds out his son has been suspended from school but not the reason why. Nick gives him time off to deal with it. Finding Faye at Victoria Gardens, Craig asks her if she can forgive him for getting Gary into trouble. Faye agrees and confides in him that Ray tried to rape her. Susan, the planning committee chairperson, takes steps to protect herself should the judicial review reveal that she accepted a bribe. She demands £20,000 from Ray or she'll say he threatened her. Faye confesses everything to Craig and asks him what she should do.

Part Two: Craig says it must be her decision. She opts to turn herself in and stop Ray before he targets his next victim. Gail can't bear to move to a rough estate and accepts Nick's invitation to live with him and Sam at Natasha's semi. As Roy applies for a mortgage on the cafe, he's committed to the fight against Ray but warns Abi that the review could take months. Dylan is quiet as Sean collects him from the train station. Maria tells Sally that Spain is a good idea as they'll be able to keep Faye safe. Sally is left puzzled. David is annoyed that Gail's jumped ship when he needs her to help keep the family together. Sally asks Tim what's going on with Faye and hears the truth from him. Ray uses the money meant for Nos.4 and 6 to pay off Susan and Mick. Debbie is furious as they're in breach of contract and could lose the properties. Craig takes Faye to the police station where she turns herself in for attacking Adam.
