Plot[]
Part One: Natasha announces that the move is happening in three days' time. Sam doesn't want to go to London and asks Nick if he can live with him and Leanne. Natasha leaves with Sam before Nick can answer. Paul meets with Will and hears that his stepdad walloped his mum and left him scared for his life. He persuades Will that he must tell the police everything. Michael offers to buy Gemma's stock of Double Glammy products at cost price by way of apology for stealing her customers. She turns him down as she's determined to make a profit. Todd joins Billy at the Rovers as he talks about how proud he is of Paul. Leanne answers Nick's phone when Sam calls and finds out about the move. Maria tackles Gary about the watch Bernie found in Beacon Woods in the same spot the police are now searching.
Part Two: Gary plays dumb but when Maria indicates that she's spoken to Bernie and knows about the inscription, Gary "remembers" that he tried to buy it but makes out it was no big deal. He maintains that Rick Neelan is alive as far as he knows. Leanne asks Nick why Sam thinks there's a chance of him coming to live with them. Nick admits that he never explicitly said no and calls his son back to do so. David asks Shona if she's happy living with him. Shona doesn't understand what he's getting at and says she enjoyed living with Roy more and is less happy when she's with him. Gemma regrets not taking Michael's offer as she puts up a hideous wreath Kirk and Joseph made. Chesney offers to have a word with Big Garth and set her up with a market stall. Paul drops Will off at the police station to report his stepdad but the lad slips away without making a complaint. Nick wonders if Natasha can be talked round, thinking how difficult it will be for her to cope with Sam in London. Leanne's adamant that they're not having another child in the flat so soon after Oliver as it would be a betrayal. Nick looks forward to seeing Sam one last time before he goes. David tells Shona it's time for them to accept that their marriage is not working.
