Plot[]
Part One: Jenny is still off with Johnny, who covers for the fact that he has had an MS attack brought on by stress. Scott is unsympathetic to his condition and orders him to carry out his driving duties on the robbery. Mary begs Eileen to join her and George for lunch at Speed Daal in order to calm her nerves. Hearing it was George's idea that she be there, Todd's amused and suggests to his mother that George's interests lie with her, and not Mary. Tyrone tells Evelyn that she's not picking up on Arthur's signals and he really wants longer with her in Norfolk than a weekend. Steve breaks the news to Leanne that Imran's tried ten more specialists, but no one is willing to fight their corner. Their only hope now is Wendy. Gail implores Nick to be honest and put a halt to Oliver's suffering, but he is adamant that he has to support Leanne or risks losing her too. Johnny leaves the Rovers in a hurry, meaning Jenny has to handle an online pub quiz. Ray tells Faye that he's entertaining an important investor that evening and he'd like her to act as hostess. Reminding Faye about Ray's reputation, Craig asserts he'll park himself at the bar to keep an eye on things. Talking to Gemma, Jenny voices a fear that Johnny's not being honest about his MS with her. As night falls, Scott talks Johnny through the details of the robbery, revealing he's carrying a gun. Johnny's horrified and refuses to take part. Scott tries to force Johnny into the car, but he suffers a severe MS attack and collapses.
Part Two: Johnny tells Scott he desperately needs his medication, but Scott smashes his phone and knocks him unconscious. Roy gives Evelyn a mass of maps and guidebooks for Norfolk. Imran suggests to Alya they might have to sell Yasmeen's house to pay her legal fees. Gary's quick to chip in and offers to put them in touch with a developer. Alya would prefer to explore a loan option. Wendy interviews Nick and Gail. Nick assures Wendy that Oliver responds to sound and touch. Gail expresses doubts and he erupts in anger. Todd arrives at Speed Daal ready to cause mischief. Nick and Gail argue. He kicks a chair in frustration and Leanne runs from Oliver's room saying he responded to the noise which proves he can hear. Johnny staggers home, refusing Gary's offer of help. In the bistro, Ray and the investor play poker for a wedge of cash. A masked Scott bursts in, brandishing his gun and orders everyone to do as he says.
