Plot[]
Part One: Leanne's outraged, suspecting Nick refused Natasha's money because he's given up on Oliver. An apologetic Johnny tells Jenny that now isn't a good time to go away but she refuses to listen. Gail's suspicious as to why anyone would buy a house with a sinkhole and who exactly Roxy is. Leanne orders Nick to accept as they need Natasha's money to help pay the legal fees of £50,000. Todd finds Dylan in the ginnel. The saddened boy tells him that Violet and her boyfriend Anton row a lot and he thinks they'll split up soon. Todd assures him that his dad loves him. Sean's grateful when he catches up with him. Jenny buys a nice dress for her spa trip and has an idea of organising a fashion bring-and-buy for Oliver's fund. Scott takes the opportunity to stir things up between Johnny and Jenny, telling her that her husband doesn't seem to want to spend time with her. Leanne has a tearful meeting with Wendy, talking to her about Oliver's life and character. She's adamant that the boy is alert, is taking everything in as she chats to him, and she's determined to fight for his right to life.
Part Two: Natasha is taken aback when Gail praises her upbringing of Sam and they find some common ground. Nick accepts Natasha's offer. Taking Scott's bait, Jenny cancels the Lake District booking, saying it's obvious that that her husband doesn't want to be with her. Johnny has no answers to her accusations. Despite Sean's plea, a calculating Todd approaches Billy and Paul in the street. Sean manages to get him to leave them alone after a short chat in which Todd once more stirs things up. Scott reminds Johnny that if he doesn't play ball, he'll tell Jenny how he was once involved in a robbery and left a man to die. Billy rants on about Todd and how manipulative he is. Annoyed with his obsessiveness, Paul points out that Todd's clearly got under his skin. Ray tells Gary to stop feeling so guilty over something which is just business. Gary catches sight of Todd, and is reminded as to why he despises the people in the street. Steve tells Leanne how sorry he is that he failed to secure the help of the German doctors. Leanne assures him that he mustn't beat himself up as he did his best. Nick confides in Gail that he fears Leanne is fighting a losing battle but he can't tell her as she would see it as a betrayal. Gail urges him to be honest with her.
