Plot[]
Part One: Eileen finds Erik and a dumbfounded Tim rowing over Mick outside Street Cars. She realises that she's the one who's caused the confusion. Gemma begs Jenny for a few shifts in the Rovers to stop herself going stir-crazy. David seeks refuge in the pub where Gary offers a sympathetic shoulder. With the final hearing date for Oliver set, Leanne suggests they need to get the German doctors on side and call them as medical experts. A furious Billy berates Todd for abandoning Summer and letting her think he was dead. He demands to know why he is back. Eileen diffuses the situation and lies to Erik that it was she who called him as Mick had left a present for him in the back of a cab. Tim asks awkward questions and demands an apology from Erik. Mary rings Eileen with the news of what's happening at No.11 and she rushes home. Sarah rings Kirk to tell him that he doesn't have the authority to take Chesney on. As Eileen returns, Billy finds out that everyone seems to have known that Todd was back but him. Paul saunters over and Todd, realising who he is, takes the opportunity to stir things up between him and Billy.
Part Two: Shona apologises to David for her outburst and regrets that she's no longer the person who helped him so much at that time. They reach an understanding. Back at their flat, Billy assures Paul that he loves him with all his heart, that Todd's bad news and he's well rid of the chaos he caused in his life. Mick arrives at No.11. Eileen orders him and Todd inside to sort matters out, once and for all. Chesney, Gemma and Bernie announce they've all got other jobs and they realise there'll be no one to look after the quads. Chesney offers to be the one to give his new employment up. Eileen reads Mick the riot act, stating that her idiot son isn't worth his time or energy. As she didn't drop Mick in it with Erik over his fling, he agrees that the matter is over and Todd is off the hook. Steve says he'll fly to Germany tomorrow in a bid to persuade the doctors to lend their weight to Oliver's case. Kirk has to let Chesney down gently, not realising that he no longer wants the work anyway. Ray tells Gary that the contract is his and his first job is to get the Platts to sell up No.8 in a lease arrangement.
