Eddie King appeared on Coronation Street in two roles: firstly in October 1963 as a verger at St. Paul's Church; and he returned to the programme making intermittent appearances between August 1964 and December 1968 as pianist Alf Chadwick.
His other credits include roles in Z Cars, ITV Play of the Week, The Villains and Hadleigh.
